The beds were super comfy! the AC unit was awesome, so easy to control the climate in the room and you could even turn the fan off if you don't want it constantly running. The fridge kept my beer nice and cold! The microwave was super convenient! The location is fantastic! Arizona State University is right across the street. The breakfast was from 6am to 9 and then till 10 on weekends. It was great! Hot scrambled eggs, biscuits, bacon and sausage links!There is a gas station on 7'th St if you need snacks, beer, gas, etc. Be sure to eat at Taco Boys! Best mexican food ever, it's on 7'th St.

Awesome location near Roosevelt Row. I especially loved walking to the farmer's market on Saturday morning. All the staff members I spoke with were also very friendly and helpful. Would stay gain for sure.

Pillows weren't super comfortable. The drain in the bathroom was also slow to drain. They seemed to be having some troubles with their laundry as well because there was a lack of pool towels and we had to jump through some hoops to get extra towels for the room.

The manager helped us check in made it smooth, simple & quick!!!

The attitude of the lady that was helping the other people check in. The lobby was full of people trying to check in she didn't ask for help until there was people waiting outside forming a line. We fortunately got the gentleman that helped us because the tone, attitude & delivery of information from the heavier curly haired woman was just displeasing.

-wonderful breakfast! -enjoyed the pool -comfortable beds -had a suite so enjoyed having a small fridge & microwave -loved having the little shop in the lobby where we could purchase snacks etc

They didn’t give maid service daily, which is OK, but we had to ask the reception gals for fresh towels & extra garbage container bags. We stayed 5 nights & had to take our garbage bags to the front desk for disposal.

The breakfast buffet was great! The location was great because it was only 1 mile from the hospital my wife was in. The bed was very comfortable

The hotel charged 18 dollars plus tax for overnight parking . Had to ring a buzzer to get the desk to let me in thru the lobby door to check in .

location is great! the rooms are always spacious and clean. and usually, the breakfast is great

this time around, the breakfast was a little disappointing. The pancake machine wasn’t working. two mornings, people had to wait for protein to be cooked. I’m not sure if they were busier than usual or perhaps short staffed. I was happy to wait (fresh bacon!) but some people were getting angry.

Bathroom wasn’t clean but quickly rectified. the staff was very accommodating. the heat needed to be reset. the unit wasn’t working. the tv went offline and did not reboot. the refrigerator was not cold and the staff came up to fix.

We arrived around 6:30-7PM and I also mentioned this time when I booked on booking.com. When I arrived the main entrance was locked. The phone outside didn’t work. There was another person who delivered food and we entered to the front desk but there was no one. We waited there for a while until the hotel receptionist appears. She didn’t say “Sorry” or any comments. Disappointed.

The location was great; about a 1/2 mile walk from lots of restaurants, shops, markets, and the convention center! The room we stayed in has seen better days (dated/old finishes, carpet wear and tear... etc...), but over all the room was clean, and the bed/bedding was very comfortable!

There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom. I was traveling with friends so I couldn't just open the door after my shower to let the steam out; it made the bathroom very warm and muggy while trying to get ready each morning. The water provided for tea in the lobby wasn't very hot any of the mornings I was there; but I did see kids getting hot chocolate so maybe the water was cooler so they don't burn themselves or mouths?

The hotel was clean, the room was big and the bed & pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was hot and delicious. It was definitely a nice stay.

One or two guests were extremely noisy. One had the TV on very loud and very late and the other was talking, screaming and crying very loud. They made the stay unpleasant.
