The outside appearance was good and the lobby and our room were clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of room to sit down.

The bathroom sink was directly inside the door and separate from the shower and toilet room. The day we left we noticed what appeared to be a little mildew on the wallboard under the AC unit. It looks like the piece of wallboard was not treated in any way that would protect it from the moisture from the AC unit. There was no other indication of mildew and we had no issues stemming from mildew with the atmosphere in the room.

I liked that there was no carpet in the rooms. Laminate flooring was good, it gave a more clean feel and smell. The room was clean and had a nice mini fridge. The hot breakfast was also very nice, coffee was easily accessible in the morning. Staff was also accommodating. I didn't book a handicap room and when they put us on the 2nd floor. Which required a walk upstairs, they gave me no hassle in putting us on the 1st floor to accommodate my elderly mother who can't do stairs well.

My bed was a bit squeaky and the shower head was super low, I'm short so it wasn't a problem, but I can definitely see it being so for anyone 5'6" or taller.

We had to change rooms our second night because of a leaking toilet. The room we moved to was an adjoining room and the guests in that room had the tv volume rather loud until after 11 pm. Plus there were either late check-ins or guests coming back late that slammed and banged doors and had loud conversations in the hallways. Overall, one night was good and the second not so much - the rooms were both fine all the way around - the ambience the second night not so much.

we got there and the room we reserved wasn’t available and they didn’t have any available instead of the staff person telling me he made me stay there trying to guess what the issue was. after 15 mins of silence I asked what was wrong. he explained and gave me an upgrade to a king premium from a king for no charge. Communication would of been great since we had been in the car for over 5 hours driving instead of looking at me dumb founded

Nice hotel for the value. There were plenty of restaurants nearby for meals.

Hotel clerks weren't very helpful. I had to ask where the room was and how to get to it, as there were no room or bldg numbers on the outside. ALSO...GPS couldn't get us there. The address is Lawrenceburg, but according to my GPS, it was in Greenburg. It is right off the interstate, but GPS took us way across town to no where.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a very nice selection of items, and all were tasty. The eggs actually tasted like fresh scrambled eggs!

The coffee offered was instant from a machine. Fresh brewed would have been a nice addition to the breakfast buffet.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy. The shower was hot with good water pressure and everything worked as it should. We would stay again.

A youth group for football came in over the weekend... nothing you can do but grin and bear it.😎

Room was clean, plenty of linens.

Opened the fridge and there was moldy food inside. We bagged it up ourselves and disposed of it in the outside trash container. It was late when we got there, so we did not call the desk. I told them when we checked out.

They are pet friendly. They had a nice area for my dog to be able to be walked and use the bathroom. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely visit again.

Nothing negative to report.

The room was very clean and a great size. The staff was very friendly.

The bed was very hard. The bathroom was so small you couldn't sit on the toilet without the door being open and there was no fan for venting.
