Pet friendly. It was very good experience because hotel was separate quite clear about the floor between pet friendly area floor and no pet area floor, which is make me feel more comfortable for both type of guest even come with pet or no.

There is always come with pro and cons because you will not know the previous guest they come with cat or dog, we have to understand the fact because pet always come with the thing unexpected especially smell of pee even though from cat or dog anyway. It would be great if hotel be able to provide some stuff that support the room for pet friendly such as paper bag, wet tissue or anything that might be benefit etc.

The daily free water can some time I got used water , am not sure do u bring new one or do u refill it , how ever I stopped drink the free water I buy my own water from tops market , otherwise I have nothing beside that I didn’t like it

Cosi is a great hotel, very good location (just 5 min walking distance from Wong Amat Beach which is super quiet :) but you just need to be careful with the little sharp rocks when you walk along the shore, once you get inside is ok :), the room is very clean and the bed is the best! There is a smart TV and the shower is really good too. In terms of facilities, the lobby has plenty of chairs and coaches and the atmosphere is great. There was also a DJ on Saturday who really set the mood! :) Another great thing is that you get discount to access the waterpark in Grand Centara hotel which is just across the street (because Cosi is part of Centara Group).

The gym is small so not the best, and the swimming pool is not so big either so it gets full.. The coffee shop can improve as well, the poor variety of food and drinks didn’t make it too interesting.. and it has potential because the ambience is great.

What was there not to like. They had a DJ my first night. The BREAKFAST was awesome (you do have to pay for it). I had a big comfortable king size bed. They give you two key cards so you can keep the room cool until you return; Unlike most hotels only give you 1. Staff was friendly and had very beautiful women working there… just thought I add that in. I am definitely returning to this hidden gem.

N/A. I would only say, just have some small face towels. They have big towels, medium size towels, but no face towels.

Excellent hotel. Everything is clean, comfortable, nice design, new furniture, well-groomed area next to the pool. Daily housekeeping. Polite and friendly crew. Walk to the beach takes about 8 minutes. This is a wonderful place to relax, where you can leave all your thoughts and have a good time. Close to the sea, tops daily market and all types of massages around. Non smoking rooms can be “smoking” , at least some of them (just for the customers comfort). And shower sink water could be cleaner , as we’ve used some type of filter , every two three times it became from white to brown… well, good location and price :)

Bed, comfy. Room, clean and modern, if a little clinical. Bathroom, nice. Shower, the best I've ever used. Seriously, the shower must be for the elephants. Almost replaces a massage. Really lovely! Staff, nice. Food at reception, pricey but OK.

If I owned a hotel, I'd have no music. Why have music pumping all day? I really don't get that. If we want music, we go to a bar or club. Especially dj until late Saturday night. Really weird. I'm a musician BTW, so it's not like I don't like music.

A brightly decorated no frills hotel set back from the Wong Amat beachfront at the north end of Pattaya. Quieter area of the town, but an easy Thb10 bus ride to the centre. Adjacent mini supermarket provides extra essentials, like a toothbrush. Staff are friendly, chatty and helpful and the rooms are bright and clean.

Loved everything Great quiet location but only 10 minutes walk to everything including an amazing beach. Hotel is extremely modern, big social area for hanging out or working etc. room was modern. Bed amazing. Good TV. Bathroom good. Fridge and safe. Coffee and cakes etc available at reception . Staff very friendly

I did not stay in this hotel for the first time, but I stayed in the hotel many times . The hotel is beautiful and wonderful, and the employees are very respectful and smiling. For this reason, I extended my stay. I hope to add a phone in the rooms.
