Good location, car parking nearby, helpful staff

Convenient location. Room was good. The buffet Breakfast was adequate and good value.

Room was fairly spacious and clean. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. Location was good, and not too far from main center of town (5-7 minute walk) where there are many restaurants & stores.

Our room had plenty of windows for natural light. However, they were very thin and we could hear everything from the busy street outside. The walls are pretty thin as well. Not for light sleepers.

Good location within very easy reach of the heart of the city. Breakfast was very good, and the catering and cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive.

The reception staff seemed more concerned with their own discussions than with greeting us when we arrived. I had to interrupt them to get any acknowledgement. I wasn't too keen on being told that I had to keep my bicycle in a cafeteria area, and that I had to pay €3.30 per day for this. I had booked a room with a double bed, but having booked I received a message telling me that that may not be available; in the end we were give a room with twin beds, with no apology being offered.

Room was of a good size, comfortable bed, with TV and chair. Bathroom was a decent size and provided shower gel etc. Very good location, close to city historical centre and restaurants, 300m approximately. Breakfast was 8 euro and good value. For what I paid it was extremely good value. Underground parking which was great. close to pubs if not wanting to walk 300m to main area.

No bar at hotel. But for the price it was perfect.

Breakfast typical continental but included muesli and coffee which was all I required. Location close to Cathedral quarter with ample restaurants and cafes. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Reception staff spoke English very well.

No hot drinks facilities after breakfast. Had to pay extra for parking a motorbike on arrival. Rugs in bedrooms slip very easily on the wooden floor and are dangerous..!!

great value - spotlessly clean, our room was a good size and breakfast was great for the price. staff were friendly and helpful.

it’s about 10 mins walk to the old town and commercial centre - there were no bars or restaurants around the hotel. however this also means it was less noisy than other hotels in the centre. You could hear a lot between rooms but this is common in smaller hotels without soundproofing. as there is no bar or restaurant room could do with a coffee machine or a kettle

The camarera was the happiest, most cheerful one in the world. It made it a pleasure to get up for breakfast. The front counter staff were so helpful as well!

Can't think of anything I didn't like.
