The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was a very short walk away from the train and bus station. We were able to pull our luggage to and from the train station upon arrival and departure. It was very convenient! The air conditioning was wonderful! We had a lovely continental breakfast each morning with lots of food choices. We took a train into Venice each day. It was very easy to navigate and an extremely reasonable form of transportation. The area around the hotel was a bit rundown. There were only a few restaurants and it looked quite industrial. The beauty is in Venice, but we are glad that we stayed outside of Venice and at this hotel. It was updated, clean, quiet and smelled fresh!

A key card would be more convenient than a key on a keychain.

Very spacious, clean, 5 min walk to train station. Great breakfast, Staff was wonderful. Will definitely book here for our next stay😁

Only thing we didn't like was the stairs in the apartment building of the hotel, with all our luggage. But the apartment itself was very spacious and clean, 2 big bedrooms, kitchen, and nice bathroom. Would make make sure to book hotel side with elevator next time.

This year was the 40th anniversary since my first stay in this hotel. I was 20 years old that time. So, I have a warm sense of the place. It is an overall standard hotel, in a suburb location due to its proximity to the railway station. It is also close to a couple of snack bars that stay open until late in the night (for Italian standards...). They are good for breakfast and late meals. The rooms of the hotel are well renovated and absolutely comfortable.

I couldn't believe that for two persons in the room, they provide two tiny shower gel bags that together cannot suffice for one person's single shower per day. Besides I didn't like that the little fridge was not in operation. It does not befit a proprietorship that made such an investment to renovate the hotel and preserve its standards, to save 5 cents per night from the shower gel… {given the price of the room as well)

Friendly staff at check in. Decent breakfast spread with boiled eggs, pastries, cold meats and cheeses, a coffee machine, juice, yoghurt, fruit, pickles, olives, cereal. You can pay for a barista made coffee if you prefer. No problems with WiFi. 2min walk from Mestre station and airport buses. Close to grocery store. Small fridge in room. Tap water drinkable. Hair dryer in room.

No kettle in room. Very dark - only seemed to be a light behind the bed headboard and some lamps (good lighting in shower and toilet). Shower is behind the front door with just a clear glass door - it wasn't visible from the bed in my room, but not sure if all rooms are like this, so it might be weird for non-couples travelling together.

Location is 1min walk to station then the train is 10mins to venice, costs less than £1.50 single, trains are amazing. Staff were good, didn't have breakfast at hotel as bakery down the road. Room was clean and cleaned daily. We even had a balcony but think we were very fortunate on that. Free safe in room, free bag hold until our departure late afternoon.

Room facilities just OK. No kettle, no shelf in shower, small TV. I didn't sleep well first night, bed quite hard and noisy from other room.

This family run hotel meets all expectations with out any frills. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The location is perfect, the train station and the bus stop are only two minutes away. There are also a number of restaurants close by.

the location is perfect, near the train station of Venice Mestre. there’s McDonald’s nearby, a lot of Chinese or Vietnamese restaurants and asian market store. the bed were perfect 👍 really comfortable. the apartment was spacious. there were plates, spoons, forks, tea cups and glass 👌

the kitchen: unclean table (there were fingerprints left) , unclean kitchen cabin. no kitchen utensils. there were a few low quality cooking pans and some are dented. there were leftover cigarettes at the terrace floor (so unclean)

The location of the hotel is perfect, not far from railway and bus stations. It was convenient as we travelled without a car. The breakfast was good but with rather a small selection of food.

The beds could be more comfortable. Air-conditioning is not very good.

The previous night I slept in another hotel which was built more recently, modern and the room was bigger, but there was much more noise at night. Don't expect too much of the single room at hotel Paris in terms of luxury cause the hotel is a bit outdated, but everything was ok nonetheless. Very friendly people at the reception and they made it possible that I could already check in around noon. They also gave me a map of Venice and gave me some tips. The train station is nearby as well.
