Sulis Beach Hotel & Spa

Everything: the swimming pool is huge, well maintained, the staff are all friendly, the rooms omggg so clean and lovely. The view on the roof top makes me wanna stay forever. Location is very close to the airport. Peppito is nearby, beach is 5 mins walk, covid 19 procedure is good enough. Laundry is available or you can walk 5 mins to reach laundry service outside the hotel . Almost perfect!!

Almost nothing. However, to make this objective perhaps try to tell all staff to use masks properly especially if they are cleaning guest rooms. Receptionist performance can be improved when they need to ask information about credit card guarantee because that's sensitive/ private, better to explain it earlier to prevent misunderstanding. The floor on the roof top can be slippy when it rains, water in the pool is a bit sour not sure it's a chemical usage or the water itself.

The hotel is amazing. Our bed was incredibly comfortable and super clean and all the staff was always lovely and helpful. There is a shopping mall, convenience stores, sim card places, and exchange money stores just within walking distance.

The only downside was that the bar/restaurant wasn't opened during the afternoon and you weren't allowed to bring your own drinks to the pool. So at the warmest time of the day, if you wanted to sit by the pool and have some drinks and snacks, it wasn't possible.

Matress ! normally I have issue sleeping in hotels dur to matress but I was very comfortable sleeping here. Family rooms are big and comfortable to move around.

Awesome Hotel! Is only rated as a 3* but feels like a 4* - 5* hotel. From the warm, attentive, professional, hardworking and caring staff - from hospitality/their Manager and Chefs' through to housekeeping, maintenance and the reception teams. We loved our spacious room #2203, the shower and outside balcony (to enjoy a nice coffee). It was so good to come back to a lovely clean room after a day's activity. Terima kasih Housekeeping! 🙏 In the room, there were some nice extras such as an umbrella (in the wardrobe) pool towels and a clothes rack on the balcony to dry your towels, swimmers or air out afew clothes. The hotel is ideally located only a short taxi ride from Ngurah Rai airport, is next to Pantai Jerman beach, close to restaurants, money exchanges, laundries, market stalls and also Lippo Mall. Their onsite restaurant offers a nice dining ambience with a delicious yet affordable food and drink menu too (we dined there everyday for breakfast and most evenings for dinner). The Sulis Beach Hotel & Spa's Best feature is their uniquely amazing and refreshing rooftop pool and casual seating/dining area with fabulous ocean beachfront views. Just stunning! 🏝 Highly recommend! We've had such an awesome holiday here with the Sulis as our comfortable 'home away from home' and we hope to be back again. Terima kasih Keluarga ❤️

The only improvement on excellence - would be a dedicated english speaking Movie channel (such as HBO or WB Movies) for entertainment viewing at night. Otherwise good.

We landed around 1am, check in was smooth, less than 20 min taxi ride from airport. Staff were super friendly, rooms cleaned well daily, great rooftop pool, location is excellent, close to restaurants, spas, shops and much more. Initially I thought it was closer to the Kuta “main” strip but after experiencing what a circus that was we were glad of our location! Great surf spots just seconds from the hotel. WiFi hot and cold but not the hotel’s fault, we experienced that all over but didn’t really care either.

Really can’t fault anything, family of 4 and everything was perfect.

This hotel is amazing. It is extremely close to the airport without being too close. It is about a 10 minute drive. The rooms are stunning. It is clean and beautiful. It is serviced everyday. The breakfast is good. You are given 6 options for breakfast. The options can get a bit tired over a long stay but the food is good. The hotel is on the corner of a road. So there are cars passing by but it is not loud. The soundproofing in the room is good. You never hear noises from above and only seldomly hear people when they are walking past the room. The pool and all the facilities are stunning. The location is great. There are drivers that park in front of the hotel. So if you need to go anywhere you can speak to them. A 2 minute walk up the road, there is an ATM, convenience store and massage places. It is in a good location. We only stayed for 3 nights and then went to Ubud. We were not happy with our accommodation in Ubud and came back to Sulis. It is stunning here.

spotlessly clean beautiful atmosphere unfortunately full facilities were not yet up n running due to the comeback from covid but they were slowly opening everything back up spa facilities were excellent and breakfasts delicious and just stones throw from a reef sheltered beach Pool was always spotless will definitely be going back for another visit. The area was less hassly than in central Kuta which helped with the relaxation factor

Couldnt have been happier with facilities on resort hopefully next time the restaurant will also be open as the dining room was beautiful we got to experience this when having our delicious breakfast

Very good location close to the airport as well as being a quick walk away from the beach and street vendors for some last minute souvenir shopping. Very nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds, nice AC and good wifi. The bathroom is clean and the shower is very nice. They were able to accommodate us with a simple breakfast box with fresh juice, fruits and other items when we had a flight early the next morning.

We had lunch at the restaurant however felt underwhelmed by the quality of the food - the deserts were good though. Decided to go elsewhere for dinner as a result. There are plenty of nice restaurants around the hotel to go to instead. The bathroom smelt a bit stagnant with a lingering chlorine smell that we had to flush out by putting the AC on high when we arrived.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms big, clean, staff is friendly and nice. We stayed in the family room. The breakfast isn't buffet so no wastage seen. Just enough quantity of breakfast food. Other hotels should learn from this hotel management. Roof top restaurant was good. We arrived late from Uluwatu, the reception informed us that 2140 is the last order. We ordered the food. It was absolutely fantastic food, value for money. We thought being the last people the quality would be compromised but were really surprised. Very near Kuta beach, however didn't have chance to go to the beach. We will return.

Nothing to hate. Except choked bathroom sink. They can keep better quality of instant coffee sachets and milk creamer.

The room smelled fresh and was very clean. The bed had cute towel folding that were welcoming. The bed was high and very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and good drainage. There was lots of space in the room and bathroom. The view from the pool on the roof is very good. The beach is very close and up the street heading away from the ocean is a great place to get an hour long massage for 110.000 Rp. Then, you can walk back to the hotel and grab a mango shake for 40.000 Rp. The early breakfast option was delivered between 9pm and 10pm as expected. The check-in and check-out was easy and we were able to get our room by 3pm. The hotel staff had good communication before we arrived and while we were staying. We stayed at Discovery Kartika Plaza hotel last time we came to Bali and this was a much better option for price and quality. Kartika Plaza was a little better location if you want to be on the beach, but I didn't like that their sheets felt damp. Sulis sheets were totally dry so it isn't Bali humidity. I did also like the fruit tray we got when we arrived at Kartika Plaza which Sulis didn't have. However, the price was half.

I didn't like that the breakfast didn't start until 8am, but I was satisfied with the breakfast delivered the night before with two pieces of toast with butter and jam and two boiled eggs and freshly cut fruits and an orange juice. I also don't like that none of the hotels have running drinkable water, but I was glad that they provided two complementary bottles of water. I also appreciated the beach towels for use in their swimming pool, which I enjoyed after dark. It was nice to see some starts from the roof pool.
