Heated pool to swim in-was a fabulous way to begin the day.

Our classic room had a lot of noticeable stains on various areas of the carpet and very obvious wear and tear marks on the walls and corners. I hadn’t expected this in a four star hotel.

Very friendly team , great service overall . Stuff kindly waited for me to check in as I arrived rather late and led me to my room which was around the size of my flat :) . Unfortunately there was no view , but the terrace itself is huge. The only thing that surprised me a bit was the lack of variety for breakfast (no eggs or omlette , for example) , but the rest of the food (lunch and dinner) are really good.

As I previously mentioned, I feel like the breakfast good have a few more hot meals , such as eggs or omlette . There aren't many tables to sit outside , so a few guests who arrived later for breakfast had to remain inside.

The bathroom is very very old I eat very healthy and I didn’t feel that breakfast was including vegan options and more pure - sugar free cereals, fresh vegetables or vegan yugurts like soy or almond. I find the diner buffet to be overpriced a bit.

Great room, very spacious and quiet. Good breakfast. We enjoyed the tennis courts. Best to us was the pool which was very welcome given the heat.

The hotel itself requires some renovation work. One of our room had a leakage and the bathrooms are not in good shape. Gym equipment limited. Limited parking. I asked 3 times to get a scale working but it never happened.

Stunning location! Breakfast is served in the main hotel across the road, if the weather is fair you can sit outside on the terrace over looking the lake - just stunning! Super outdoor pool, great for lengths and perfect temperature. Very spacious rooms, with little terrace, very private.

A little tired in places, there was a dreadful leak in the corridor roof, water was pouring in.

The peace and quiet of location. Large room. Friendly personnel. Delightful breakfast location on terrace with views.

Lack of personnel at check-in. No general information sheet for arriving guests with details of breakfast times, check-out time, location of rooms etc. WLAN did not work for entire stay. Range of food at breakfast somewhat limited. Hotel difficult to find with car navigation system.

I loved everything. Location , the staff , the facilities " the breakfast & the pool " everything was super nice.

May be because I don't have my car " I can't move the time I want ". The shuttle was very Good but every 2 hours it's departing and moving back to the hotel.

the stuff is amazing, very welcoming and helpful. the comfort of customers really matters to them. they changed my room as I wanted to enjoy the view on the garden, they dropped me to the cable car station and they guided me to choose some outdoors. thank you for all that and for your care

even though it takes 15-20mn walk to get to Lugano center, I wasn’t comfortable to walk in empty tiny street. better use your car or find out how to get a taxi

Parking availability was good, the room was spacious and clean.

Self-checkin procedure went smoothly, however, there is never anyone at the reception desk. To receive any assistance you need to go to their sister hotel. One night our magnetic keys weren't working and it took as a while to understand what to do. You are left a bit too alone.

off-season so it was quite empty

had to check in automatically but then go to check in once again at Leonardo hotel opposite. would be annoying to do that with suitcases, in the rain, say.
