Heritage Inn Bathurst

the room was clean and warm even for winter and beds comfortable. WiFi worked well enough for access to many streaming channels. Shower had great pressure and staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was abundant and location was within walking distance to city centre and may restraunts. Our stay was enjoyable and without issue.

The kitchenette area was shared with the bathroom sink which felt a bit crampted. It could have done with at couple of towel hangers or something so you could get more bench space but in all not really a problem.

We got upgraded by the kind staff of Heritage Inn as due to some error they was overbooked. But due to their due consideration they just didn't cancel our booking or return money.they upgraded us to their best unit which was a complete renovated 3 bed room full house with a nice backyard. Very clean and top notch condition property with kitchen, new fridge and 52 inch tv with own lounge.. Truly grateful for their kindness and service provided.

Every thing was perfect

Large rooms. Good kitchen facilities and bench space. Very clean. Plenty of fridge capacity. Having a microwave was really useful. Some Motels dont have this. Very quiet. No outside noise where situated at rear of block. Cheerful, helpful reception and staff on phone and in person.

Shower floor was extremely slippery. Quite frightening. Asked for a floor mat to be provided and it was. Water leaked out under glass shower panel. Mentioned this to reception when leaving and was told they would have maintenance attend

The room was very clean and roomy. Bed was so comfortable and bathroom had a shower over the bath and was very clean. Was quiet and had a great tv. Close enough to town as well. The lady on the desk was lovely.

Was strange having the bathroom vanity, mirror and tap of course in the kitchen area. Was not happy there was no toaster, crockery, bowls for our own breakfast or plates for say toast or a microwaved meal or cutlery except for one teaspoon. Yes two mugs and two glasses were provided. There was a tea towel but no washing up liquid to wash said mugs or glasses. Again we as 70 year olds always end up on the first floor having to climb many stairs.

Unfortunately there wasn’t any hot water. The gas main supply was turned off due to a pipe rupture. The whole of Bathurst was affected. Our card did not work when coming in late at night. We had to phone the security company to come and let us in. The security guy that took the call was unnecessarily rude and abrupt. The security guy that turned up to let us into our room was most apologetic for his colleagues attitude. The security company needs to be coached in how to be helpful without being rude.

The staffs were really attentive and helpful in making sure that our stay was really comfortable. Love the room, the size of the rooms are perfect for the family of four. Would definitely stay in here again as the property provided a great value and a fantastic location in Bathurst.

The quality of the TV reception could be better. Luckily the antenna was working perfectly during the NRL grand final. But to be fair, this is a very small incovenience during our stay as we only watch the grand final.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to have access to laundry facilities and a breakfast room on site. The staff were the stand out - they were amazing. They accommodated all of our requests with regard to room and date changes and provided lots of information about the area. Nothing was too much trouble and the complimentary biscuits were a treat.

Couldn't fault anything.

We had a great stay in interconnecting rooms. The rooms were larger than typical for a motel, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well appointed. Our rooms were quiet overnight, and we had a great sleep. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The kitchenette made for an easy breakfast in the morning. We really couldn't fault this motel on any level and would highly recommend.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious room, airconditioned Highly recommend staying here if visiting Bathurst, it's a really modern, nice place with plenty of parking, spacious room, air conditioning

the driveway one way was a little hard to navigate but nothing else, the place was really easy to stay in staff friendly, no problems, it was just a really hot day in bathurst when i visited so not sure i'd go back to the town.

Room was very quiet as it was away from the main road and the air-conditioning was silent. The TV was excellent with numerous streaming services, YouTube etc included.

The 'bowls' provided in the kitchenette were too shallow for cereal and milk. And there was only one large spoon supplied, so we had to take turns at breakfast. Would recommend deeper cereal bowls and at least two large spoons in the cutlery set.
