Help full staff available when needed clean spacious room comfortable bed crisp clean sheets on arrival.

I loved it all from the very professional staff to the exceptional luxurious rooms

The room was large and, although the decor was a bit outdated, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the shower was good. It had all we needed for a four day stay. It was excellent value for money and the staff were very helpful.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location was ideal and close to nearby shops. The pool was so refreshing.

We had two rooms booked for our stay that had Double bed +Sofa beds. One room did require two separate beds for the stay for guests in question. In both rooms the sofas were so uncomfortable to sit on and in no way able to be slept on. Would suggest replacements of sofas for sure. Exhaust fan in one bathroom with no cover over the vent, surely a OHS issue.

I liked a 3 min walk to the local main shopping centre, the staff were friendly and helpful, the shower was massive and the room was also quite big.. and after a hot day at the zoo, relaxing in the pool 😎😎I’d go back again, it was awesome

There’s just a parking lot so parking the car near assigned room and then going somewhere and someone else taking it.. I think all hotels should have assigned parking spaces for guests near their rooms. Otherwise quite a lot of parking spaces there.

Clean place Near by every where

Clean and comfortable with plenty of supplies. Located in the centre of town within walking distance to shops and cafes.

Room was noisy as we had two families in the rooms beside us. Yes I did book a family room but the next door families hung out on the balcony cooking with children running around until 10pm. TV was small and not able to be seen from the lounge that was situated in the room.

This is our preferred motel when we stay at Cessnock. We've been coming here for 3 years. Rooms are spacious and a good size bathroom, so not cramped at all. Sofa & table & chairs also in the room. Kettle, toaster, plates & cutlery along with tea,coffee & biscuits, a nice plus after a long drive. The bed is comfy.

The floor could do with a wash.

Our room was the disabled room as we both have extremely bad knees. The rooms was large and roomy, very clean with lovely crisp sheets and a toasty blanket. Loved that it was on the ground level.

Please, this is not a motel issue, but, we did not know how to use the air conditioning on heat. Lucky there were toasty blankets and we were very comfortable. Thank you.

We loved how thoroughly clean it was, how crisp the sheets were, how comfortable the bed was and how welcoming front desk staff were. We also loved that our bedside lights were turned on when we arrived back in the dark. What a lovely welcoming touch.

Nothing could have been better.
