Large,fresh,clean room and ensuite. We had a queen bed and two singles. Aircon, TV, kettle, jug, fridge, tea/coffee making. Large shower. Plenty of cupboards, chairs and dinning bench, Draws and port allocation area. Microwave with crockery and cutlery. Usb charging in the desk lamp. Hair-dryer, ironing facility's. Good quality pillows, linen, comfy beds and great nights sleep. Next door to Maitland City Bowling Club. This unit was upstairs and very quite. Eateries and shopping centre 3mins walk. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend staying here.

The building is dated but very clean and well maintained. It has everything you require including parking clearly marked. It was the cheapest accommodation available on my day and could be cheaper as it appears to have no management on site as I arrived about 4pm and you use a machine to book in and access cards. The workers staying there appeared to be placed down the end so they didn't wake you with their early leaving. Well done to the cleaners as well.

Not dealing with a person to welcome you. You can clearly hear the people talking in the next room and floor boards creak. Shower head was half blocked and needs replacing and it has good water pressure. If you like a cold beer walk down to pub as the club beer isn't really cold and is served in room temperature glasses. The food at the club appears to be at restaurant prices.

My son and I had a queen bed each and plenty of space for our 4 day stay. Major food shopping centres a minute drive away making the location very convenient. It did appear that we were in a newer section of the Motel having quite a modern look and quite fresh and new inside. Facilities within the room were exactly what you need for a few days stay. Very happy with Maitland City Motel.

I can't think of one thing I didn't like. It was all too easy and more than comfortable.

We had an issue with the automatic checkin however the person came and help us out so there were no problems there. The beds were super comfy, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was great and so close to the club that was a great place to eat. Our room in the motel was super quiet which allowed us to have a good nights sleep and just to wake up with the sound of bird.

There wasn’t a main light just side lamps next to the beds and the curtains were difficult to open and close.

Checkin was self-service and very easy to use. The motel wasn’t fancy but it was clean and had everything you needed to feel comfortable. They also allowed us to check-in earlier as we had an event earlier that day (thank you for this). Location was convenient they have a shopping centre within walking distance.

If I had to choose something and this is a very small dislike is the soap bar that they provide is very drying. At the same time I’m grateful soap was provided.

This is a clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay. Easy 24 hour check-in at a kiosk, with the neat facilities expected from a motel. Right next to shops, cafes & restaurants, just off the highway for a quick stopover. Very good value for money, I've stayed a few times & I'd certainly stay again>

large room, appeared to have been recently refurbished. ensuite met expectations but would have been a bit better with a lift-off shower head. Had all I expected, coffee making facilities, microwave, basic utensils [none of the latter were required by me, but I noted they were supplied]. Bed was comfortable. Bonus that the room was quiet.

Shower head in shower was fixed type, and a lift-off shower head that can be hand-held is preferred.

An older style motel but well looked after.. Comfy beds, clean room. Air conditioning turned on for us prior to our arrival was a nice touch. Checked in via an automatic machine which worked well. Good location on the hwy, and adjacent to a nice club with full facilities.

It's just very dated with fixtures and fittings

Location was perfect. Availability ! Staff were super helpful and even offered bonus tips for our stay next time. Room met out expectations and the kids were comfy in the big kid beds :) The extra power points came in handy. The linen was nice and soft and extra towels a bonus

The bathroom could use an upgrade, was a little too small for us and the kids. Probably better suit a couple or young adults with minimal stuff.

The room was fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Thankyou

The sliding door into the bathroom was a bit noisy especially in the middle of the night if you weren’t thinking about it and just pulled it open.
