Location and quietness of the place.

One of our bedside lights wasn’t working. We reported it but when we got back to our room, the staff had removed but not replaced the globe on the other bedside light leaving us with no bedside lights at all. We’ve stayed here before. The attention to detail is what let’s the place down. The pool area, though outside the swimming season, should have looked better, the garden ornaments saw better days ten years or so ago and the cigarette ends in pot plants outside our room door were a particular eyesore!

Great location, within walking distance of a supermarket. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and it was great to have a choice of overhead and handheld shower heads.

More plates, glasses, cups and cutlery in the rooms would have been helpful – we had four people in our room, but not four of everything. And it would have been great to have a clock (preferably an alarm clock), so we could check the time at night without having to turn on our phones.

Great size room, beds comfortable. It was very quiet, in spite of being full. A basic country motel, with lovely staff and all you need for a couple of days. Right near Coles and the room has a microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery. I liked the fact it had a big mug included. Good water pressure in the shower.

Wi-Fi is not good, but that could be the area and it was not a great problem for me.

The beds were comfortable and the extra blanket was very helpful as it got a bit cold during the night. Easy parking. The location was good as it was right near Coles and a few cafes and local shops.

We could not figure out how to put the lights on, the main light we used was the lamp. We could not figure out how to use the microwave - the food came out really cold every time we used the microwave... The bathroom times need an upgrade.

We stayed at this property mainly because of the location, we needed to be near the hospital and it was just down the road. The room was very clean and had everything in it we needed for own 2 night stay.

I’m being picky but the shower wasn’t the best but it still done the job

I didnt put my expectation since I was booking a motel, but when I saw the rooms, it was fairly good. Rooms were clean. Ac is working especially when it was scorching hot outside. It was near coles, hunter valley gardena and go-karts go.

Pool was small. BBQ was small too. There was no toothpaste and toothbrush included in the toiletries.

Property was very clean and with lots of facilities, we didn't expect. There was a swimming pool and kids enjoyed in the afternoon. We requested for food and they prepared freshly cooked food for lunch and breakfast. We will certainly go back and I would recommend anyone travel to the regions should try this place.

There is always change for improvement. May be little better set up in dining area and make it more presentable however food was great.

We stayed 3 nights and room (no.1) was great for our needs….microwave, toaster, fridge, ample crockery and cutlery. Everything worked well…tv, air-con, wi-fi. Comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly room-service.

Very clean, neat, tidy, big room, nice staff very helpful, definitely exceeded my expectations

The bed was too small, paid for a queen room but the bed was a double. There was a little mold on the ceiling. Overall very good, we were happy

the proximity to town and the event we were attending. easy to walk everywhere. close to shops and venue. staff was very friendly.

there was not a full length mirror in any of the rooms. the wall mounted mirror was useless as it was too high. suggest putting one on the bathroom door or the back of the room door.
