The Astor Suites

Suite was very modern, comfortable and beautifully decorated . Breakfast over the road was very good.

Had trouble using TV NO Signal???? Instructions on use would have helped. No phone in suite so could not contact reception unless leaving room and going to hotel next door. An information Folder would have been useful.

The room (executive suite) was excellent; spacious, extremely well equipped,and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and linen and towels of good quality. The shower was good and hot water plentiful. The room was very quiet. We were only there one night but it would be perfect for longer stays with well equipped kitchen and lots of storage in the bedroom.

Parking was an issue. On the booking site it said free parking was available on site . On arrival the car park was full and we were advised that there were only 20 parks for 50+rooms and patrons of the hotel and bistro also park there. When we arrived there were none to be had and the only option was street parking some distance from the building.It should be made clear on the booking site that parking is limited and you may have to park some distance from the premises. We would not have booked had we known this.

The apartment was immaculately clean and very well designed. Plenty of room with a large lounge and dining area with an open plan kitchenette. Large bedroom with another TV and a beautiful bathroom with a lovely deep bath and separate shower. Very modern and sleek. Even had a coffee pod machine which was a nice bonus from standard packet coffee usually supplied in hotels. A nice secure building with parking out front or parking available in the carpark at the Astor Hotel next door (5m). The hotel attached has a lovely restaurant with great food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again but next time for longer so I could explore Goulburn and the surrounding areas.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We hardly saw our fellow guests which is a good thing in our view. Parking was available out the front the apartments are well located, handy to cafes and groceries.

The bathroom is well set out and I appreciated that it was clean and clearly new. The highly visible shelf was an excellent design - plenty of room for toiletries and little chance of forgetting something. However, the shower screen is completely inadequate and the first shower flooded the entire room making use quite unpleasant. With only one towel each and a small bathmat we were unable to do anything to dry the space.

New, modern, clean and had everything you could need. facilities were excellent and the room very large.

staff at check in. you need to check in at the bar next door and they preferred to answer multiple phone calls or talk to others at the Bar rather than people waiting to check in. waited almost as long to find someone to check me out the next morning. the noise created by thy vehicles hooning up and down the street outside was ridiculous but it did quiet down around 10. found out later there was some kind of muscle car show on in town. a warning might’ve been good.

Huge room that looked and smelled clean and fresh. Plenty of light options, reasonable television and good air conditioner. Window is only small ( long rectangular one high up) but just means no view, as let in enough light and had no problem with any noise. Plenty of storage options, kitchenette with microwave, fridge toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. Plenty of tea bags, coffee pods and even hot chocolate sachets. Bathroom also large and well laid out. Downsides though: the main light only comes on with the exhaust fan and towels a little small.

Clean, tidy and modern accommodation. We stayed in the other part of the Hotel, so it's extremely quiet (other people may have mentioned that staying in the courtyard part can be affected by the noise of the pub).

Located in the town centre, next to restaurants and supermarket. Lack of parking space, as other people mentioned.We didn't get to park in the courtyard. But parking in the courtyard does not look safer than parking on the street anyway. It doesn't have secured underground car park that you wanted.

We had executive suite in the newer building. The room was large and comfortable, and with double glazing on the windows we had a quiet night. The hotel was next door for dinner and the staff were helpful.

Parking was either in the older section or on the street. There was no dedicated parking so it was just luck. Also when we left it was raining so the walk to the car park was slippery. The shower had no door, as is the decor style of the moment. We ended up with a very wet bathroom floor which we tried to mop up with the bath mat.

HUGE room located in the main street next door to the pub/bistro, so very handy for dinner and a drink. Very modern and super clean, lots of cupboard storage if you're planning a longer stay. Large bathroom and big shower head. Microwave, toaster and coffee machine were an extra bonus. Rooms accessible via stairs or a lift as they are on the first floor. Very comfortable stay and would be more than happy to book here again.

Street parking but right out the front which was ok.

Central location, very well appointed and nice room with comfortable bed and plenty of space. Room was very quiet despite being near the railway line and major roads through town.

Parking was limited and first come-first served, although there was plenty of on-street parking within a short walk so not a deal breaker.
