Quiet, good location close to highway, large rooms with a single and a double bed, clean, usb charger on bedside table was great, friendly staff.

My back didn’t agree with the mattress in the larger bed, but luckily there was also single bed which was okay for me. Both bedside lamps didn’t work and the toilet was leaking, so the water switched on every few minutes. I could only sleep after switching off the water supply at the wall and switch it on again before using the toilet. I let management know and I believe both issues have been fixed after my stay. A muesli bowl, table spoon and a fork would have been helpful but weren’t essential.

the convenience of the location. surrounded by food options as we stayed in a studio room so no cooking facilities. the bakery in site was delicious.

we had booked 2 studio rooms. i guess just notable difference was one room had 2 chairs and a table and the other room had 2 single couches. its not that we didn’t like it but just a mention so that others are aware when booking rooms if they want to request a room with the table and chairs over couches.

I arrived quite late after the reception had closed so they left an envelope with my room number, a key and a receipt for the payment, Was quite pleased with the room and ensuite bathroom which were clean and well presented, and there was no problem with anything in the room. I had to stay an extra night and was quite happy to stay there again, The motel was very easy to find being just off the freeway into town from the Temora end off ramp, Was especially pleased to see that there was a very busy bakery at the entrance to the motel parking area which sold good quality baked goods and it appears as so the owners of the motel may also own the bakery. There were other food outlets very close by (within walking distance) such as Subway and other places to eat at the surrounding service stations. Would quite happily stay there again if staying in the Goulburn area again.

Could not think of anything I did not like about the motel.

The bed was a little firm my partner complained but l slept like a log. The cold the heater was on when arrived which was fantastic 😊 but having the bathroom door open all night the heat still couldn't get through still a cold down draught may be the insulation need improvement. Could be a idea for this so called Green Government to help business to improve there premises the same they did with private homes a few year's ago.🤣

It was great value, very clean, comfortable and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. Having the bakery on site was great for a quick and easy breakfast in the morning. It was on the edge of town so needed to drive in for other shops, but other food options were close by. It was quiet as well, considering how close it was to the highway. Would definitely look to stay again and recommend to others. Suited us perfectly for a single night stay.

Being on the edge of town, but this could be an advantage in some cases.

The room and the bed were comfortable, and it was very clean, and the facilities were great, I was able to have something to eat and make a hot drink in the room, despite the fact the place I normally eat was closed by the time I got to the area.

The only thing that I could suggest to make the stay more comfortable would be to put some sort of heating in the bathroom, otherwise it is very cold coming out of the shower with no heating.

Mick at Reception when we checked in was very welcoming and helpful. When I requested a toaster it arrived with him moments later. The room was very clean, warm and comfortable. There were electric blankets on the bed. The bathroom also was very clean with nice soft towels and soaps/shampoo/conditioner supplied. Parking was easy and close to our room. The Bakery next door was excellent.

The shower was a little 'touchy'. You had to be very careful adding cold water or it all went cold. Also sometimes as you tried to adjust it it would 'pulse' and make noises. This did not upset us that much though, or detract from our overall good impression.

Have stayed at this motel several times, but not recently. Improvements such as bedside lamps appreciated. Vicinity to coffee at the bakery very convenient...

I cannot fault the motel - excellent value. I guess distance from town could be a disadvantage for some travellers, but I was aware of this, and purchased items I needed on the way through town (using northern access) before checking in.

I loved my stay here. The man that I spoke to at check-in when I arrived was so nice. He warmly greeted me and made sure I had a great stay. I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. The room was very clean. The motel is right next door to Trappers bakery and across the road from the big Merino. The perfect place to stay if driving through on a road trip. I would definitely come back again.
