We were really happy basically with our unit, presented very well decor quite nice, the only problem we encountered was the stove top was not good, badly burnt on food etc. my husband cleaned this for you, the rubbish bins in the unit were not emptied from the last client, if these problems with the cleaning could be improved I'm sure clients would not have a complaint

We had a lovely stay here for 9 days and will definitely stay again. The facilities are fantastic. Great pools. The rooms are big with excellent facilities in the apartment, eg own laundry, balcony out the back, quiet, very clean. Heaps of kitchen equipment and good size fridge. Nice renovated decor in our apartment too. Close to surf beach and lake beach.

We understand that this property has been operating for a number of years and we were happy to go there. Everything was provided and worked efficiently. Access and departure was managed remotely, that was quite acceptable to us. Some concern if we needed support from management in the event of an issue. Being critical,but also constructive, I was disappointed that the shower caddie was rusty..! This item was available for $2.00 in a reject shop.

Everything was great. Location is a 5 min walk to the town centre, 10 minute walk to the beach. the apartment was clean and modern. I would definately stay here again. Indoor heated pool and outdoor as well, BBQ area as well.

There is no reception so you have to call a mobile number if you need anything for your unit. My TV was not working and with 2 kids a needed a tv. Took me 3 attempts to contact them and 2 days later the issue was resolved.

Plenty of space, a very modern bathroom, and a decent working kitchen. Near the ocean beach.

The electric blanket didn’t work on one side. It looked like the smoke detector battery was dead or dying. There was meant to be Foxtel but the directions in the booklet in the unit didn’t fit with the TV and the remote. Because there are no staff on site, difficult to fix this kind of thing.

It was perfect for our requirements. It was well priced, clean and great access. Very happy with oyur stay and happy to come back again in the future if we are out this way. :)

Extra towels and some toiletries would be helpful but apart from that it was great. :)

The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and close enough to walk to town. The heated indoor pool is perfect for rainy days. Not the lap of luxury, but it has everything you need. We return every year for this reason.

Could be a little cleaner, but not a deal breaker for us.

We really enjoyed our stay, as the location was excellent for accessing both the beach and town centre, and the grounds were well kept. The apartment was roomy, light and clean with lots of refurbishments.

My only negatives are the TV was a cheaper brand and we couldn’t access the DVD player or Foxtel and the controls weren’t user friendly, and the lounge was quite saggy so not as comfortable as expected.

The property was conveniently located and well kitted out with all that you would need for a short stay.

When I asked the reception for Pool towels, I was advised by the lady there that our unit was booked through a real estate company (Bookings.com) and no pool towels / reception assistance is provided which I found a bit strange.

The Aquarius is a wonderful resort style facility offering spacious clean fully self contained units including laundry. Large indoor and outdoor swimming pools surrounded by beautiful gardens and excellent tennis court. The fully self contained units are very spacious and have everything you could possibly need from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy lounge and dining area. The beds are very comfortable and the water pressure of the shower is amazing.
