Waterview Luxury Apartments

Enjoyed the view of the lake, which is why we booked here. Also enjoyed the spacious apartment size, and the cleanliness and comfort of this property. Enjoyed the sunny aspect, with balcony and chairs. Very friendly and helpful host. Parking is undercover. Great walking proximity to beach, cafe, and lake walk. We are repeat visitors and will return again!

Exiting the driveway to head into town can be a little tricky, on a fairly busy 80km road during the day. Parking can be a little tight, if you're a allocated a bay next to a 4WD or large SUV, though there seems to be outdoor extra carparks. Checkout is 9.30am; a bit earlier than some other places. Not a central property in terms of Main Street shopping (unless you're up to a 20 min walk).

Great location and views. Close to beach. Large apartment - plenty of space for everyone. Comfortable and pleasant facilities. Good to have washing facilities. Plenty of parking. Loved main bedroom with king bed, walk in robe and own en suite

We weren't aware that there was no lift. One of our party had some mobility problems. It would have been good to have known upfront that there was no lift, since we were located on top floor. I was initially concerned about proximity to airport, but that turned out to not be a problem at all.

the apartment was clean, comfortable, it had everything you need. the pool area was good too. East to park and a short drive into town. you could walk to town easily enough too.

the one complaint I would have is the busy road. It wasn’t a problem at night but was very noisy all day. I’d recommend Google the location before you commit to stay. I wanted a balcony I could relax on and it wasn’t really ideal for that.

Ian, Michelle and their team were fantastic hosts. Great location. Well appointed apartment with comfy beds. The place is older style but clean and well maintained. The pool area was pleasant and perfect for the kids. A small supply of pool toys was an unexpected bonus. Plenty of parking - even for our trailer. Any problems were attended to immediately - for example the dryer in our laundry was broken and when we mentioned it, it was replaced within 24 hours. Great views over the lake and it really is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach!

The couches in our apartment were getting a bit soft to sit on - but that's just my personal preference for a firm seat.

The owners of the property were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was ready when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble for the managers. We were travelling for business and didn't spend much time at the property. Most of our time was spent in the town and at events. I would highly recommend the Waterview Luxury Apartments.

We had a ground floor apartment, and it was slightly noisy as it was on the main road into town.

Ground floor easy access, big and bright.

Only one a/c none in any of the bedrooms I don't really know how it would cool the whole unit down. We were a bit disappointed that the apartment was not cleaned daily or the towels and condiments weren't replaced each day, if it had been explained to us that could have been more prepared.

Everything we needed was here,room to move,kitchen had everything in it,spacious lounge room, bedroom,couldn’t find anything to complain about, we extended our stay an extra 3 days we liked it so much

Nothing we could complain about, friendly staff,always there if needed, clean rooms. Location was just a short walk to town centre, I would highly recommend waterview apartments to anyone staying in merimbula.

Well appointed apartment, close to town and beaches and spacious garden great for kids. Managers Michelle and Ian fantastic - very friendly and helpful and was handy that they are Avis car rental reps as well so we could hire the car directly from them with minimal fuss

Pool was seriously cold! A bit noisy as planes flying to and from the airport and traffic noise noticeable on main road outside

Lovely staff, great accommodation, close to beach and all amenities. Didn't realise it was on a main road or that the airport was so close but the noise was only during the day when I was mostly out so didn't bother me anyway. At night it was very quiet. I was directed by staff to a lovely boardwalk nearby, the perfect way to relax and stretch after a long drive.

The lounge wasn't the most comfortable.

We were offered another room as our room stunk of fish due to previous occupants cooking. This was appreciated.

Cleanliness such as door handles, light switches.This may have been due to change of room at last minute but because of the price of accommodation this was inadequate. Mould on bedroom curtain.
