East Port Motor Inn

It was very central everything. We were spending only 1 night for a sporting event for the family. It had everything we needed. It was very tidy, clean & comfortable. We were on the north eastern side of the building on ground floor. Had a lovely breeze coming in & was really handy having a security door there to let a breeze through. Lots of parking available. It had a nice clean pool too but the kids had no time to use it.

Everything was fine. Only slight problem was I booked a twin room so there was 3 people staying the night. There was only 2 bath towels. Luckily I had a beach towel with me or I could have used my son's towel but couldn't be bothered going to reception ringing after hours as it was 9pm. Other than that it was great.

we are repeat guests to this property and have stayed around a dozen occasions, it has everything we need - our stay this week was 5 days - we are pretty self contained when we visit - there is a microwave and bar fridge. toaster & kettle jn the room and it’s a good location close to town. There is a pizza shop and a fish & chip shop on the opposite corner the motel which is handy. Met the new management couple, Ethan & Nicole this week who were really lovely. Great value for money and also has an in ground pool which is immaculately looked after. highly recommended - not the Hilton but clean, comfortable and welcoming.

I loved this motel. It was very close to the beaches and while it was a short walk to the main shopping centre, there were nearby places to get food across the street - for example fish and chips and pizza. Judging by the amount of people who got food, I think these are choice places to go. The beaches were close by and an easy walk, although coming back it was uphill. There were BBQ facilities just across the car park from our room. We had brought some food to cook thinking the motel had a kitchen, but found only a microwave, toaster and jug. That was not a problem as we could cook our food on the BBQ which was very close to our room. The BBQ itself was clean and there were sufficient benches and tables and chairs.

The bins near the BBQ and the area around it could have been monitored a bit more as some dirty people left rubbish on the table and there was some one's left over food in a pot plant near the car park. The motel can't be blamed for grubs. Elsewhere, it was clean and well presented. If you are planning to stay and want to use the BBQ, make sure you have the extra cooking equipment such as sharp knives, chopping board, large plate and a bowl for your salad.

Stayed 1 week and from the time we arrived till the time we left the staff couldnt be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicole and Ethan and their friendly manner made our stay more enjoyable. Rooms were clean and functional. Bathroom and TV on the smallish side but still acceptable. Good sized pool with limited shade cover. BBQ area needs some work but it was very handy for those who like a BBQ. Located within easy walking distance to town , beaches , cafes and the bowls club.

Large room with a small balcony with a nice view of the skyline. The room was really clean with all the facilities you'd need including a large fridge and counter space. Good local information. Was an unplanned stop in a stunning location. Port MacQuarie's beaches are extremely beautiful and the town is lively with lots of eating and leisure options. Highly recommend visiting here if you're on the east coast. Beach was a short walk from the hotel

Nothing at all was wrong. A great stay in a beautiful location.

Location was good if your staying more than an overnight stay but good for an overnight stay as well close to CBD as well as the beach but still far enough away from the hustle & bustle of crowds if you want peace & quite. Staff were friendly & welcoming. Unit was comfortable beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small but reasonable. Overall very good

Too many stairs. Should of ask for ground floor unit. Key to unit wouldn't work properly in the door had to try several times to get it to work before it would unlock door

It was located in a very good location, near Town Beach and was easy to find. The room and bathroom was clean. There was also ample parking on site, which was good.

It would be good if there was a lift, but not a deal breaker if you don't have much things to bring inside the room. Would also be nice if there were more cutleries in the room and not just the same amount of set with the people in the booking.

We were nicely surprised our room was moderately comfortable and very clean which was very important to us. The staff made our after hours check in easy and smooth. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again on our next trip to port Macquarie.

we didn’t know how to work the remote control for the tv to watch foxtel but that’s ok we were out most of the time during our stay.

Breakfast for us, not applicable. Location was great for the function we attended.

When booking I did not take notice that there was no elevator. Our room was on first floor, three small flights of steps but even as seniors we managed ok. Ethan was so pleasant that if we had a struggle with our bags, I feel sure he would have offered to help us.

The motel is ideally situated for 2 lovely beaches in Port Macquarie and within 10 minutes walk of the coastal walk which was lovely. The town centre is a 15 minute walk. The Koala Hospital is only 10 mins walk and worth a visit. The staff in the motel were all friendly and helpful. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. thank you for a relaxing visit.
