El Motor Inn

The accommodation is right in the centre of town, across the road from cafes, restaurants, shopping, cinema. We loved this convenience to be able to just walk to things. Although the room we stayed in was on the cosy side, it was very clean, tasteful decor, and great sized tele! There was a pool and room service but we did not use it. Staff were friendly.

Unfortunately, the bed was too soft. My back ached due to lack of support of the mattress. This is no fault of the motel, but the street noise was bothersome. Rooms are quite close together and therefore can hear everyone's coming and goings.

Property has been beautifully renovated, it’s very clean modern, central location and has comfortable beds and linen.

It’s just missing getting Some of the basics right, no toaster in a family apartment, cloth and teatowel were provided but no dishwashing liquid to clean your cups, and only one bar of soap, so couldn’t use one for basin / one for shower. Smallest Fridge ever and it was turned off when we arrived, wi-fi clicked off at midnight. For the price paid it felt a little underwhelming. Also Whilst not the properties fault the outside noise from the birds and the street made it difficult to sleep.

The room was very clean and modern, reception was very polite and friendly. Great location.

Unfortunately neighbours from hell in the room next door, up all night partying until 4:30am with several people in the room yelling, banging and drinking (room 112). The night manager did come down to tell them to stop however 10 minutes later the party continued. The room was fantastic and no problems the night before (I stayed 2 nights), however with a 5 hour drive back to Sydney and a full days work ahead this was no a great way to end the stay.

the location was awesome as you're in the centre of everything, it's a short walk to the shopping centre, restaurants and the waterfront. The room was great, a kitchenette would be the only thing I'd change.

The pillows were horrible, they are way too soft and there's no neck support. I struggled to sleep and now I have a sore neck and will probably need to see my chiropractor.

They have had a renovation and all the rooms have been done with new beds and furniture. Ample car spaces and have a lift to all floors .The people in reception are fantastic and made us feel so welcome .It is a really good relaxing hotel to stay in right in the middle town near to everything . We have stayed there many times in the past.

There is not view which may not suit a lot of people. The continental breakfast used to be free but you can now order from orange of things on the menu including fried breakfast for a price . The fried breakfast I am sad today left a lot to be desired especially when just on the corner they served the most amazing egg and bacon rolls with delicious hot coffee. I was told ny management to book a room on the way back as it was school hols and they might be full. I foolishly did this and was charged way over double than what I paid on Booking.com. Not happy.

The staff are incredible. Nothing was an issue in the brief exchanges I had and though I travel a lot, this was a very last minute & potentially stressful trip for me, the staff were exceptionally helpful. They obviously take pride in facilitating a smooth, carefree stay for visitors and it shows

designated Parking area at front was limited w full house but I did arrive way after hours and noticed further seperate parking onsite in the daylight the next morning, I'm sure had I been earlier the staff would have accommodated if I asked.

We arrived at El Paso Motor Inn exhausted and dirty after having lost our house a few days before to the floods. The staff greeted us with incredible kindness and understanding, they moved us to a bigger room, a huge suite in fact, with a kitchen for the next two nights!!! This was a huge gift to me and my girls as it gave us some space and a beautiful environment to stop, relax and feel safe in for a few days before we have to move on. We are so grateful for the amazing staff at El Paso, the front of house staff, the lovely cleaners, absolutely everyone we came in contact with was kind, thoughtful and gentle with us during this incredibly difficult time. We can not recommend this wonderful place more and will never forget the kindness shown to us by the team here. Thank you all <3

from the minute you enter the reception you are greeted by friendly staff. The location is fabulous no need to use your car especially if you enjoy a walk. Our room was serviced daily. the bed was comfortable, AC , Tea and coffee station, fridge and excellent shower. we had breakfast every morning for a fee but it was the best. The chef and waitress were extremely friendly and only to happy to accommodate. We had a room on the lower level so we were able to park out the front of our room. Great place to stay.

The only thing we could complain about and it wasn’t that bad were the bird feathers a poo over our car.

Nice room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. We have stayed before and returned because of the bed. The shower was good, although the sliding door was very difficult to move. Great location for town and restaurants and for pleasant walks along the riverfront.

The room had no microwave, which annoyed my husband, who likes to reheat his coffee after adding milk. There was no Foxtel, and not all local channels were tuned in.

Mum and I were heading north to see her sister and we were meeting friends for dinner at the club and my brother and family at the coffee shop on the Town Green the next morning. We could walk to the coffee shop through the motel underground carpark and leave our car in the motel parking lot. I could also walk to the beach and have a swim. We needed some Easter gifts for our family, which was not a problem as the supermarket is across the street.
