Ki-ea Apartments

The apartment was a very spacious 2 bed apartment, very clean and had great facilities within the apartment buildings (kids loved the heated pool) as well internally with what is in the apartment such as the Foxtel channels. Check in process was easy when I arrived later when they were open on a Saturday and was easy to get the keys without seeing someone. I happened to need to go to hospital emergency department on the morning of checkout and the staff were absolutely fantastic to allow my wife and kids stay after checkout time until I was able to be released. So thank you for going above and beyond and really appreciate the "no worries" attitude and that they were very happy to help out. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will stay again when in the area.

Apartment was well positioned with a water view within walking distance of the town and local attractions. All the rooms were large and easily accommodated a friends catch up. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The common areas of the building were also very clean. Fob access to each floor gave an added sense of security.

The bathroom area was probably due for an update and a larger shower cubicle would have been nice. The main bedroom had a spa bath, which would have been nicer in the ensuite rather than the sleeping area.

This was a large apartment with excellent sea views. Very clean with enough tea coffee etc for our overnight stay. The bedrooms and the living spaces were large. We were only there overnight which was a shame because we didn’t get a chance to explore. Happy to stay here again.

Couldn’t get the TV in the lounge to work otherwise a very nice apartment.

A large, modern and very clean apartment in a convenient location. Lots of storage space. Modern, well appointed kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Lots of space for the whole family. We loved the heated pool and spa. The extra pool towels was a lovely bonus. Definitely recommend.

I would have liked bug screens on sliding doors so I can enjoy the breeze rather than have to use the air-conditioning. That's my personal preference.Aside from that one thing, it was great.

Lovely user friendly kitchen/bathroom, layout of apartment & large deck with beautiful view

Pool & hot tub closes too early. Hot tub often accommodated by other guests, difficult to get a chance without feeling like invading privacy. Shared allocated times that are booked in would be a good idea, so all parties, large family & small can get a go.

The location was great, just a short stroll from the beach. The size of the apartment was excellent, and was clean on arrival. Check-in instructions that were provided were clear and easy to follow.

The washing machine in our apartment didn't work well and liked to stop continuously even though we tried moving laundry around to make it feel better. The shower head in the ensuite was not working well.

fabulous amenities, very well equipped. huge apartment. pool is heated and the spa on the roof is lovely with a sensational view. lovely staff. everything maintained really well.

just a couple of small things - in our apartment the rubbish bin in the kitchen wasn’t sufficient for a full size kitchen. also the air conditioner needs a decent clean. other than those very small things it was fantastic, would def stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised at the space the unit offered…..with a plan that was ideal in our situation Ie: bedrooms well apart. I was disappointed it was raining, because we probably would have stayed an extra night and gone to the races, which were on the next day

There was nothing at all I found about our stay that I didn’t like ( except the weather )….will be happy return sometime in the future

the room was in excellent condition and we were extremely satified

the toilet in the ensuite ran all night which woke me every 20 minutes or so. When the water level in the tank was low, the water automaticaly refilled, which sounded like there was someone in my room turning the tap on every 20 minutes. It was very annoying. other then that the room and our stay was perfect. Thank you

Nice place, amazing facilities. We enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool the most. Unfortunately, didn't have time for the roof, had a look at the morning- beautiful view. Very warm apartment, so very comfy in winter.

It would be great if the facilities were opened longer. We were locked at 8.45 pm in the BBQ area when finishing cleaning. Thank God, a lovely staff member came to free us.
