Best Western Plus All Settlers Motor Inn

My spa room was spacious and comfortable. Great amenities in room. Cavernous bathroom. The room service dinner was nice. It was delivered in good time. The check in receptionist, the lady, was charming and quick. Free parking outside room, not covered.

Bit away from the town centre, but still easy to find. Guests definitely need a car. Had to buy the bottles of water in the room - cheap multi-pack ones. No recycling bins in room, but not many places do yet. Check out guy was a tad rude - opposite of charming. Some sort of manager - should take lessons in courteous tones from his staff.

I really liked the fact that the room was nice and clean with no bad aroma to it. the towels and bed sheets were nice and it was very well organised. The bed was very comfortable .I really loved the desk with the lamp and how it was connected throughout the side of the room, I also loved the little compartment where the breakfast was served. The breakfast was also very nice and very well prepared to be served. private kitchen in the room was nice and small for someone to cook up something special, with the included pots, pans and cutlery. The kids loved to play around in the pool, although it was quite cold. I liked the fact that it was very quiet during the night. I really liked how one of the workers just said hi when I went outside.

I also didn’t like how the door to the bathroom didn’t lock and just closed.

Bathroom was so clean and seperate toilet was great. Ventilation in bathroom/toilet was great! Great customer service! Perfect bed configuration for a family of 4 with two single beds and one double/queen bed as some other places have two double/queen beds. 17yo son and 12yo daughter want their own beds for sure. 😂 Had dinner at the restaurant and food was great and also great customer service!

Air-conditioner was making noise when turned on.

We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room (Room 2) for 1 night. The 1 Queen + 2 singles room was modern, clean, spacious and a smart layout for my family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids under 8). Lots of bench space on one side of the room to place luggage, other items etc, with beds on the other side. The bathroom had a separate bathtub to the shower which was great for my kids. The room has a dedicated parking spot directly outside the room which was very convenient to unload/load the car.

We arrived a bit after 4pm which meant we missed the cutoff time for room service for dinner :( but there were good food offerings nearby with a very short drive into town!

Room 35 has possums in the roof. First night more than one started scrambling from one side to the other about 2am until 4am. I initially thought someone was breaking in until i checked the bathroom windows. The second night a less noisy ruckus about 2am. My home in Sydney is on a possum route to neighbourhood gardens so i know the noise.

Welcoming staff, convenient location, love the room services for both dinner and breakfast and really saved us lots of hassle. Good for family .

The wall on kids bedroom are dirty, with hand and foot print , presumably from previously stayed family. The cauliflower from dinner were very sandy and likely vegetables were not washed properly, also the asparagus were not fresh, steaks were burnt …. Also, the kids bedroom are connected to the toilets of next door , each time when they used the toilet , it became very loud and disturbed my sleep

Room was great, parking right outside the room, the restaurant served us when we arrived after 8pm which was good and the food was excellent.

The bathroom was a bit musty when we arrived, nothing major, just needed to be aired out. the only other issue was the sheer size of the chicken parmi we ordered for tea, it was big enough to feed a family of 4 and we literally left more food on our plates than we ate.

the property itself is fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. breakfast being brought to us was fantastic. thank you for our stay!

workers who stand outside your window and chat to others whilst leaving their car to warm up for 25mins at 6.30am is a little rude. perhaps need to be reminded of being courteous of neighbours when leaving. this was my only issue!

The reception welcome was very friendly and courteous. The property appeared to be well maintained and the room was large, well cleaned and very comfortable. We have been staying in Tamworth, as a stopover location, for more than a decade and have never stayed here - big mistake. Would certainly recommend this Motor Inn.

We choose the Best Western All Settlers Motor Inn every year when we visit Tamworth for our daughters dance competition. We are always beyond happy with the accommodation and facilties. Rooms are always clean, comfortable and inviting. We do not even consider booking elsewhere when we are in Tamworth as we know that we always get a consistently positive experience. Highly recommend!
