My stay was absolutely amazing. The food, the staff, and the room were all great Felt so spoiled and amazing to stay with you

The bathroom doors slamming in other rooms, some kind of padding to help would be great has late at night was shocked awake a few times by people not thinking. Need a team member checking the halls when families are staying, as my first night, I was kept up by 3 children screaming up and down the hall till 12am from no respect from their parents

Location, loved how we could slide the doors back to see the mountains which I grew up with.

The reception is just way too small to the quality of the building. We booked in Thursday 23rd June arvo, one lady on the desk who was great, but between phone calls 4 ppl trying to register in, in was not good, plus privacy it was woeful,, everyone booking in knew more than we wanted to know abt everyone else. Bread & butter plates when your staying 4 nights for us to have cheese & wine was not enough, Even a cheese board would be great. Room service to make our beds each day would have been ready nice, room service was good re emptying our bins, new towels ect was good but what you pay a little extra should be nice.

Renovated motel so it was fresh. Nice and quiet. Good for what we needed. Dinner downstairs was good. Hard to find with the main entrance being off a back car park. It was a bit random.

Finding the entrance. Its not well signposted to get into the place and you have to go down an alleyway to get to the car park and entrance.

Always the place to stay in Tamworth and we have stayed at this property numerous times! The room was super clean especially the bathroom with the most amazing spa!! OMG it was lovely!!!

Soley the bed. It was way too hard. It made for an uncomfortable and sleepless night. I woke up very stiff and unable to walk because of the soreness in my back and hips from sleeping on such a hard mattress. When booking in the future I will be making a special request for a softer mattress. Our room was room 221 overlooking the main street.

Absolutely perfect location for anyone holidaying or working in Tamworth. So central to the pub, restaurants, fashion and more. Very clean rooms. Lovely reception staff too.

They length of our stay. Would like to have stayed longer.

Wonderful hotel and very central to town. The staff are great the position is great and the beds wonderful! They have new apartments also that I have tried near the longyard which were amazing value.

Some rooms are very noisy (facing the main street) and the door has a little gap in it in this particular room that almost made you worry people could see into the room.

The room was very modern and tasteful and the location was excellent for our purpose. We have a new bed at home that is luxurious but as far as motel/hotel beds go this was quality. Found it hard to get going after sleeping in the bed but that will always happen now that we have an expensive home bed. The bar and restaurant were very relaxing and clean.

I booked quite early and I got the impression that we were moved to the older section of the hotel... not that it was bad but hopefully it was the level room that I paid for.

Great location and customer service, checking in/out was a breeze.

Aircon unit setting was definitely off, temperature was set to 19 degrees however it was still so warm (at least 25 degrees and above) and struggled to sleep through the night. Once the sun set and we realised the room wasn’t cooling down, reception desk was closed. There was also mould in the shower that needs a thorough clean.

The room was laid out nice with a good spot to setup my pc and get some work done. Bed was amazing and after the long day I had it was like sleeping on a cloud. The shower is the largest room in the house. it was like they planned to put a spa and a both in the changed their mind, it is huge.

I paid the highest price of all the locations in Tamworth as I wanted to have a comfortable stay, but to be told I would need to pay and extra $10 to park my car. Wasn't impressed.

The staff we very friendly and always ready to help. One thing in particular that I liked was that the staff are FORBIDDEN to accept tips. Very unusual.

Being disabled I couldn't use the most comfortable chairs in my suite There was no soap dish in the shower, and the floor was too slippery for me to exit the shower safely
