Mercure Tamworth

Clean and comfortable. Friendly service. Cosy atmosphere and easy to locate. Appreciated the undercover car park as it rained non-stop! 😑 Also, being connected with The Leagues Club was convenient.

Coffee table was needed near lounge as had to put beverages on the floor. Would recommend a covered walkway from building to carpark as we had a nice event and got a bit wet (Umbrellas were used but useless). But overall, the stay was worth it! 😌

Location was key for our trip and it was perfect. Rooms are always excellent and the team at The Mercure are friendly and welcoming.

Our door went flat which prevented us from being able to access our room with the room key. In saying this, the issue was dealt with prompting and the team were very apologetic and quick to resolve it. Unfortunately when nearly everything is electronic these things are bound to happen. Could not fault the team though they were brilliant.

Bed was super comfy So we’re the blankets and pillows Finally a motel that spends money on decent linen and pillows Clean towels and so soft and no stains you can see the cleaner cleans everything, even dusting. A beautiful room for sure. staff were super friendly, offered a hand if I needed it as I was travelling with my 3 year old alone.

Everything was great! probs having bowls, pleated and cutely esp if I wanted to eat in or something like that but overall no problems.

A spacious and quiet room with a very comfortable bed and a well lit and appointed bathroom. The towels were fluffy and the bar fridge large enough to store drinks and snacks. There was also security parking and a lovely pool to enjoy.The staff were amazing from reception to housekeeping.

I so disappointed about that we can not book a room for the country music week at tamworth, for 2024,I am a person that like to book a room early because when you work you got put your holiday in for 12 months.because I would like to know if I have a room before I put my holiday in.

rang up the Kevin on the phone was so helpful was running late for check in Not a problem rooms were very clean and so quiet excellent location and loved the secure car parking as a woman travelling alone felt very safe

From checking in to checking out. The whole experience was fantastic. The room was spacious, and the bed was so comfortable, our sleep was restful. Even eating in the adjacent club was great. The food was superb and the staff were accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, loved that we could eat breakfast and dinner at the property. Staff went above and beyond, always cheerful and friendly. Nothing was a problem even organised a late check out at last minute, definitely stay again.

Nothing that we didn't like, apart from us not having the time to use the gym.

The rooms are spacious and wonderfully kept, the bed was AMAZING. Best mattress I have slept on in a long time! The staff were fantastic and I liked the easy access to the Leagues club and cafe!

The TV was frustrating to use due to the programming and the lack of access to streaming services was disappointing. The internet was awful and kept dropping out frequently.

very new and modern facility with heaps of parking, great bathroom, good bedding. Nice pool area if you are visiting in warmer times. Connected to the West Tamworth Leagues Club so very good food and drink options.

TV software set up doesn’t have the ability to connect to steaming services (prioritises pricey movies instead). Good TV channels though, including sone fox channels.
