The Star Boutique Apartments

The apartment was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve ever seen, took me a while how to work out the shower because it had so many features but it was so worth it. The spa was also fantastic. Check in was contactless and was seamless. There is a lift for those with mobility issues or loads of luggage. Lovely cafe across the road for breaky and a great steak at the pub on the corner. A massive 70 or 80 inch TV in the lounge room and another in the bedroom. Internet was super fast. I was in Wauchope for work but would definitely go back with my wife for a weekend away. I cannot recommend this place enough. You won’t be disappointed. Have included extra photo of bathroom and lounge room rather than lobby and outside as labeled

This place was absolutely stunning and our stay was the best ! I am a regular visitor to Wauchope and I must admit, at first when I knew the accomodation was above the old pub, I was a bit hesitant, but WOW ! This place is amazing. Right in the heart of Wauchope, but very quiet. It was so comfortable and spacious and the bathroom is one of the best I have seen ! We had a takeaway meal from our favourite Chinese restaurant, which is just downstairs and hubby and I just chilled in our apartment, with our gorgeous meal and a bottle of wine. We will DEFINITELY BE STAYING THERE AGAIN

Very large rooms. Double vanity & large shower in bathroom is a great luxury to have. 2 x parking spaces with PowerPoint access available for electric car charging. This could be a real selling point for PHEV (like me) & electric car drivers to want to stay here as a stop point on their travels as Wauchope is a great mid point for a trip between Sydney & SE QLD. Property is in the heart of Wauchope with cafes, stellar bakery & homewares stores all staggering distance. The area does lack a great night time restaurant but nearby (20mins away) Port Macquarie is bustling with great dining options.

The bathroom on one side has a whole glass wall & door to the hall making for minimal privacy to your other room guests. For the size of the overall apartment it would have been nice to have a king bed but appreciate the disconnect bed space would likely be too tight to fit one.

We stayed for one night as a stopover. The room was exceptional and can see why this place has a high rating. The room we were in must have been recently renovated. Super high ceilings, comfortable lounge, huge Sony HD tv, massive living area. Bedroom was large, bed comfortable, bathroom and shower was the most interesting design we've ever come across. Highly recommend staying here if in Wauchope. We regretted we were only here for a one night stop over.

We noticed some kind of pipe/fan outside bedroom window when we arrived and opened the windows. It had a humming noise. I thought it may potentially impact sleeping but with windows closed, did not notice it.

The Star Boutique has beautiful stylish art-deco apartments right in the centre of Wauchope. The rooms are have a lot of space and are furnished with tasteful and comfortable furniture. There is a massive TV in lounge room and one in the bedroom. The bathroom is truly a thing of beauty.

ABC TV channels were missing from both TV's which was odd and a bit disappointing. I have let management know and I am sure they will fix this up ASAP.

Had booked 2 rooms. 1 was apparrment style with kitchen and the other was hotel style. Loved the latter, art deco style room and bathroom. It was perfect. Beds in both rooms were very comfortable and so was the couch and dining table. There was plenty of cutlery for a small family. Place was spic and span.

The appartment style room had stairs with no guard rails so wouldn't recommend for family with a baby or toddler. The bathroom drainage was slow and water came out of the shower area. The washbasin had a crack as well and bathroom exhaust was quite noisy.

the apartment was very well appointed - excellent facilities in general, lots of towels, well equipped kitchen - everything we needed for a comfortable stay. hard to rate staff - another contactless booking.

the only small cloud on the stay was the compressor outside of the bedroom window of the apartment we were in. it was loud while it is operating and even louder when it shut down. we had to keep the window closed to cut the noise to some degree.

A completely pleasant surprise. Beautifully styled rooms in the heart of town. We arrived to our room exhausted and were gratefully met with a (very stylish Art Deco) home away from home. Stunning feel, super clean and fresh and comfortable....to the point we ordered takeaway instead of finding somewhere to eat in town so we could chill in the room. Def the place to stay in town! (And we’ve stayed just about everywhere else when visiting relatives).

It was very comfortable and roomy, it was a huge room. It was an amazing surprise packet of a room. The decor was so unique. The art deco theme was really, really tasteful. It all just felt quality. The location was awesome right in the middle of town.

The fact we were there for just 1 night. It was such a good spot that I wish that we could have spent more time there.

It was a lovely unit very clean right in town easy access parking is locked up which is great The unit was spacious and comfortable Everything you need we would recommend this lovely place we stayed in unit 4

The only negative I think a slider door from the lounge to the bathroom for a bit more privacy for the bathroom and noise blockout if the other half is watching tv
