staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very rich in options Room is quiet with spaceciou size for the value I paid. Bed is extremely comfy with incredible comfy pillows. Both my partner and I are amazed by the sleeping quality .

Room smells a bit when first entered . No handwash gel/soap provided in the room . Shower head is not so cleaned .

We very much liked the breakfast, it was exceptional and plentiful. Staff at the breakfast service very kind and they made us feel very welcome. Also staff at the reception deserves a great thank you. My son very much appreciated the gift from the hotel, a box of coloring pens and other toys to keep him busy. My husband forgot his earphones in the room after checkout and the receptionist Kosta called and offered to send them to our home. All in all, great hotel at a great location (Prater amusement park, metro) and great staff. We will definetely return!

Great location, near by the metrostations. Very good and varius breakfast. Personal at the reception desk was very kind and helpful.

Very clean room and hotel in general, very polite staff (Kostas at the reception was very polite and helpful, as well as the breakfast lady), very good coffee at breakfast! Not to forget the 5min walk to public means of transport, which is really great if you want to go to the city centre without using your car!

Just to mention a couple of things for future visitors, parking entrance is quite tight for bigger cars and also the entrance of the hotel has 6-7 steps, not sure if there is a ramp for visitors having a pushchair / stroller etc.

Great place, close to the center (about 20 minutes walk). Very warm room, without humidity, our baby slept very well. Excellent breakfast, as well as the staff in the restaurant and reception!

The cleanliness in the room leaves much to be desired. We decided that it's ok not to clean our room every day, but we hoped that, on the day the cleaning lady came, she would clean it properly. He left us with the same sheets as long as we stayed, and he changed our towels a day before leaving the hotel. He only took out our garbage without wiping the dust, without putting in the vacuum cleaner and without cleaning anything in the bathroom. Under the sink there were piles of dust that remained there for the duration of our vacation and under the bed it was the same situation. our little girl dropped a hair elastic under the bed and when I pulled the bed to look for it, I came across a lot of dust, hair, garbage, a sock and some pieces of plastic.

Everything! the little garden outside, the very friendly staff, the breakfast was amazing …. My son got a little handwritten letter and chocolate for his birthday during our stay, and the staff at the breakfast helped me to make a nice table for him as a surprise when he came down to eat in the morning… when we arrived our room was not ready, but the staff made us any drink we wanted from the menu at the bar, for free, and made us comfortable outside in the sofas in the garden- and half an hour later they came out to tell us the room was ready!

i liked everything and I would return to stay there when I’m visiting Vienna next time!

Good breakfast - location was little bit weird in a street with sex and strip clubs - metro was only 250m and so 3 stops from city center - very close to Prater park - nice garden-patio terrace to relax with the sunny weather we had. Comfortable bathroom with big bad where i fitted in together with my partner, twoo lavabo's and a walk in shower.

The small window in the bathroom had no velux, and in summer the light is coming early in the morning true, the door between bathroom is from glass , so around 5u30- 6u in the morning the room was already full of daylight. And we wake up and couldn't sleep a little longer. A little velux to blind the incoming light can fix that problem.

I loved the location and access to public transport and restaurants. The staff were outstanding and assisted me with a number of queries. Room was good and breakfast was exceptional! In fact the breakfast really made the stay fantastic. Whoever is making the breakfast congratulations!

I have had a recent hip replacement and bed so soft I could feel it, hard to get in and out of bed and even without the replacement the matress should be firmer. Room a little smaller than expected. The lift sucks big time. Trying to catch the lift during peak periods difficult but it was still ok.

Overall, it is a good hotel. It offers great breakfast options, close to U-bahn, somehow cares about the environment, free apples at the reception, comfortable beds, free wi fi, mini bar.

If you do not need your room cleaned up every day, you would be offered a voucher for 5€ that can be used at their bar. If you do not go to the bar, you cannot get cash. It is a questionable marketing. You are requested to fill in a registration form, where you could specify the address to be shown on the receipt for faster check out. Even if it is specified, you still have to say at the reception that your address on the receipt might be different compared to the home address or you might be still waiting at the check out.

The room was clean and well equipped. Staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was excellent. The hotel is situated close to the U-Bahn stations.
