Very good location ... 10min walk to the city centre and around 5-7 min to nearest underground station and Riverside with lot of great pubs restaurants in the evening Niec pizzeria just around the corner... It the nighttime quite and safe area around

Breakfast very very simple but maybe that's the standards in Austria so next time I would booked without. Single bed for 3rd person very uncomfortable - in my opinion I pay full amount for 3 people everyone should have a comfy bed

The hotel is situated in a new building in the old jewish neighbourhood of Vienna. The hotel is not inside the city center but is close enough. We did walk to the city center. We also did walk to the Prater from the hotel. The other day we rented street bicycles - there is a nextbike rental stand nearby. The hotel does have a backyard with a nice parking (paid of course) Quiet The queen-sized bed was comfortable. The sofa-bed - not so much. There is a nice shared kitchen on the ground floor.

.A place close to kosher restaurants and a walking distance of about 15 minutes from the city center .The hotel provides free corona virus testing kits .the reception staff gave an excellent and very welcoming service Good location Stunning and great staff, I loved being in the hotel

I would recommend improving the cleanliness of the linens

The hotel is in a really good area near the city centre. The staff is lovely and happy to help you whenever we asked for something. There are some small independent places for food and coffee around.

In general, everything was very very good. The only issue with our room was a smell that was coming from the toilet. It was not dirty, it was a smell from the plumbing.? Not very sure from where. We had to leave the window open all day for the room does not get the smell but it was manageable heaters were working perfectly well. As soon as we were back, we were putting the heater on and the room would get warm.

Room with the necessary comfort for a family of 4. Good breakfast.

Poor cleaning of the duvets (they had several stains) and of the room in general (dust rollers in the most hidden corners and hair in the corners of the bathroom). We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. Cleaning is done on request. We asked for cleaning only once but nothing was cleaned in the bathroom or on the bedroom floor. They just made the beds and little else we didn't even notice. We ended up buying detergent and cleaning the bathroom. The hotel really needs to improve the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms.

The hotel was a minutes walk from the U-Bahn. It was clean. The staff were very good and extremely helpful. There was a very good breakfast. They were environmentally aware, e.g. changing towels etc when we asked, not everyday. Access to the shower was excellent and the toilet was of good height.

There was no tea or coffee in the rooms - but it is a basic hotel. There was a lot of noise from outside - nothing to do with the hotel. The bed was of basic comfort, but not good for my spine. My companions were happy with the beds.

We did not want anything fancy, because we spent the whole day exploring the city and that is exactly what you get for your money here - a really good value. The location is great, just 10 minutes walking from the Old Town and 5 minutes to the nearest U-Bahn. The hotel is clean and quiet. Stuff is very helpful and organized, they did not have parking space for us, although we booked it, but they handled it perfectly. Breakfast is rather basic, no hot meals and the room can get crowded very quickly, but you just wait a little and it is OK.

Bathrooms are really tiny, there were no cups for toothbrushes. The beds were not wide enough.

Dog friendly hotel.We heard dog barking at 23.30 at night and it was disturbing us to sleep Very simple rooms without safe and fridge and kettle and not enough place for clothes We asked to clean the room and it wasn't done on the day of request

Breakfast was excellent for the Mahoney paid, of course not like a 5-star hotel, but well worth and suited us perfect. Very friendly staff in the restaurant and reception. The room was a room for four, whereas we booked one for three. Nice view. The apartment had a big balcony that was closed for security reasons, a bit sad, but we did not expect a balcony either.

Excellent location for Jew visitors.(close to kosher stores and restaurants in taborshtrase). Very kind and helpful team.they advised us where to travel. They have bags room for free, so you can keep your suitcase there after check out if you still travel in the city. They offer parking for 20 euros a day, and they let us stay in the parking until 3pm even though we checked out in the morning. The room was nice, nothing special, but it’s offer a good value for the price.
