The receptionist guys Omar,Ibrahim,Manual are the most helpful and nice people anyone could meet and the hotel must reward then for their good manners...the location great near supermarket the metro station5 minutes walking the area so quiet

A receptionist called JEANY she was very very rude and shouted on us for using the kettle of water!!! And she need to be teach how to deal wirh customers because we dont pay money to be treated like that it was very bad experment with her

We had a very pleasant stay!! This hotel is affordable, clean and super close to the metro. The room was always warm with abundant hot water for our showers. Very helpful staff as well! Keep in mind , that although the beds and the bathroom are clean there are some big visible stains on the carpet and on the walls. All in all, it’s a great choice for saving some money when visiting Vienna if you are not super picky.

I like they have a garage, it is close to my office, economic price, breakfast available, easy check in, efficient.

The problem is when you have somebody above your room and he/she walks in the room - it makes a drum noise as the ceilings/floors are made from something not suitable and so steps or hits really resonate. During summer are rooms very hot as there is not A/C. Carpet and curtains are already a bit odd.

Very comfortable room, and good amenities, close to public transport links, friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money if you are happy to travel a bit further to get to the centre of Vienna.

Unfortunately the room did not have AC, which is something to bear in mind during hotter months. The hotel is quite a way out of the city centre although there are good public transport links, but perhaps not the right choice if you are looking for a central stay.

Location 5/5: Walkable distance to train station, around 5-8 mins walk which makes it convenient to access to city. Food nearby: There are some restaurants nearby such as Chinese and Doner Kebab. Amenities: There is also a Penny Mart downstairs. . Cleanliness 4/5: The room and bathroom are clean and warm.

There is no kettle in the room and water dispenser is not provided. . Carpets may be a little dirty but acceptable.

The property is nice, clean and located very near of transportation ways. The neighbour was quiet and looked safe. We had a supermarket located 1min away.

The only not nice thing was that the noice from the other rooms or from the hallway was very loud. Probably the walls were too thin and we could hear every person carrying his trollers on the hall, or speaking in the other room. Although after midnight is quiet enough to have a good sleep.

Proximity to public transportation, private garage. No issues with heating, hot water enough to peel your skin :), high pressure shower, comfy beds and pillows. Nice wifi coverage, helpful staff and many more...

The bathroom does not have ventilation, would help a bit o fresh air

The friendly and polite staff at the reception in the evening helped us move in and answered all our questions. Additionally, after check-out, they allowed us to leave our luggage until the end of the day, which was very convenient since we had a late flight.

The room did not include an air conditioner or a refrigerator. Although it was mentioned in the booking, it was still uncomfortable in the heat without these amenities.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. It has a hair dryer, which is a plus. The heating works beautifully and you can adjust it yourself. The location seems to be far away from the city but there is a metro station within 5 min walk and you can get to the city center in about 15-20 min. It's also very easy to get to the central station (airport or other destinations). The area is very quiet, so no noises at night.

The white walls has scratch marks all over the place, which make it look ugly. The beds are ok, nothing out of this world but comfy enough to have a good night's sleep.

Hotel is little bit distant from city center but in quite neighborhood. It's very close to transportation station. Hotel is very quiet even when it is full of guests. Room is very clean. Every day room service change towels and clean the room. Beds are very comfortable. Room has a safe. Access to room and elevator is by keycard. Room was very worm and pleasant. In the shower you have always warm water. Also you have shower gel. Room have a cable TV.

Only thing i didn't like is that walls was a little bit dirty.
