Lady receptionist was very helpful! Great shower pressure and temperature. Beautiful setting on the grounds of a historical site. Perfect for people travelling with a car as there is lots of parking.

Nearest Metro station was a mile away, so I ended up using cabs and Uber to save time. It would have been good to know this beforehand. While the bathroom was "clean" it seemed that the type of cleaner used could not remove the previous occupants' lingering odors. Not sure if this was a city-wide restriction on household cleaner types (and not an individual hotel issue) since some other restrooms I encountered while exploring the city were similar.

The hotel was located within a park/garden area which gave a very peaceful feeling as the surroundings were very busy. It was an easy stroll to the Gloriette entrance of Schonbrunn Palace. There were buses close by and the train/metro was a 12 minute walk. We enjoyed a good breakfast which had a good range of foods. We were allowed to park the car early and were also given access to our room early which was nice. The room whilst compact was spotless and modern. Although dining was limited we enjoyed having pizza (from local provider and very nice) and a beer downstairs in the bar area. Staff were all very pleasant.

The room was compact with some sloping roofline, but really a very nice and clean room.

I loved the way the gentleman at the reception welcomed us. The last Austrian in Austria, we called him. He was going out of his way to make our stay fantastic! Thanks God I ignored some nasty comments about this hotel. The thing about it is: breakfast. Fab. Did not get some of the negative reviews here. If one is not happy with the spread put out by the hotel of: omlete, cheddar cheese, salami, hummus, fruit salad, yoghurt, jam, pastry, fruitjuce I think one is a moaner, regardless. Lunch and Dinner. We had the option to order food. Yes, the hotel hasn't got the restaurant but the hotel ordered food for us from a nearby restaurant. The prices are reasonable. 10 Euros for pizza or Viennese Schnizel! 4.50 Euros for a soup!!! Not to mention the warm atmosphere we had late in the evening at the hotel bar. All in all, what a lovely little gem of the hotel, 5 mins walk to Schonbrunn Palace. Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable!

Location is perfect, good connection with city center but still in quiet area. Staff was very friendly and professional. We came to Hotel early in the morning and we wanted to change our clothes and go explore city, so they kept our suitcases until check in. Provided us some room to change and refresh until our room was ready. Room was simply but very clean, breakfast also was totally ok. Overall this Hotel and their service is good value for money.

The park itself is absolutely beautiful and the squirrels make it very likeable for the kids and adults. Great location, quiet place very close to Schoenbrunn and with relatively easy access to U4 metro. The reception team helps with ordering in case you want to dine at the hotel. The breakfast is good and plenty (hummus was great!), kids liked the fruits salad/cocktails and the berries yoghurt. Umbrellas at the entrance saved us on a rainy day

Quiet and secluded property right next to the Schönbrunn. Location (less than 10 minutes walk from the Metro station) is great, since you’re a 10 minute metro ride away from the Karlsplatz. Room was clean and well equipped. Bathroom had everything one needs (Shampoo, soap, hairdryer, even body lotion). Staff was pleasant. Free parking on the hotel’s parking lot. And since Vienna is great with public transport connections - I didn’t once start my car. :) Breakfast was nice with decent variety in it.

Room phone was emitting an unpleasant beeping tone, but one quick wall unplug solved the issue for us. :)

Really great, professional and kind staff. Willing to help in everything. The room was very clean and included all the basic necessities. Walking distance to the Schonbrunn palace that was very important for me.

The main problem was internet that was very slow, I had to use mobile data. The public transportation stops are mostly 10 - 15 min. walking distance away, yet it was not important for me.

Everything was great! Clean room and bathroom, polite and friendly staff! Parking just outside, very good breakfast! As for the location, its built inside a park, beautiful view! Its a bit far from the city center, but has underground and bus near by. Furthermore, if you are going to visit the schonbrunn palace and zoo, its soooo convienient, you can walk through the hotel garden and then enter the palace yard to the zoo, and you dont need to find a parking, or take public transportation.

It has perfect location for our trip and free parking option was very good for us. Also around of room super slient, you can feel like your accommodation is in the forest, breakfast was amazing, workers super kind.

Just I can suggest, if they put to room, non-returnable slippers, it can be super nice

This is our second stay in the hotel. The outside area is amazing, the best option for travel with kids. Squirrel are jumping all around, fresh air. Simple, but delicious breakfast. The hotel is in walking distance from Schönbrunn garden.

Walls in the rooms need some paint or need to be washed.
