We really enjoyed our stay at PentaHotel. The staff was very friendly , the room and the whole hotel very clean . Big variety and good quality breakfast . The hotel is a 5-minute walk distance from the metro station . We also asked for a double bed - room and they arranged it for us . Thank you ! Keep up the good work guys!

We really liked the staff, they are very helpful. The breakfast was good, nothing special but good. The bar has a very nice ambiance and the room was good too. We also liked the area around the hotel, not much to do but very quiet! Also the dinner food was good, burgers are recommended!

1. We absolutely didn't like the pillows, they are way too thin to support your head, so we had to stuff it with extra clothing to make it more comfortable. 2. The prices of the breakfast 20 each person are a bit on the pricey side in our opinion. 3. We didnt like the fact that there was no stairs. As a claustrophobic person, this wasn't pleasant. THe eleveators are very tight and there were a lot of people sick during our stay so we would have loved to avoid the elevators but that wasn't possible.

The design, the super hype staff, the breakfast, the gym and sauna. The upgraded room had a nice balcony.

There was an issue upon check-in: I ordered a double bed. A few days before arrival I noticed some reviews complaining about noise, and that they asked for a more quiet room. So I wrote to the property that I would like a quiet room. Eventually I received a quiet room.... with twin beds. When I asked the staff to correct what needed correction, the result was disappointing: I wad told that I could either get a (noisy) room with double bed, or a quiet one with two separate beds. I had to insist several times before the staff understood that the proper solution was a room upgrade. This should not have happen.

The room was large with a huge comfortable bed. The bathroom was typical of a modern hotel. The breakfast had a huge choice and cannot be faulted. The bar was very attractive and quirky, obviously well designed by an imaginative mind though cheaper bars are available. Altogether, very good value for money.

Location was fine but not as central as would have been perfect but the price reflected this and the town centre was a 10 minute walk to a tube then two stops with a 5 minute walk to the Opera.

- Very big and cozy room - Good check-in and check-out experience - There's a free sauna - Good position - The Player Suite theming was fun, we found a Playstation 4 with Call of Duty - There was a free water bottle in the room

- No free internet - The shower is partially open, so the water flows in the bathroom - Unfortunately there was no retro gaming machine available - When we used the sauna it was turned off, so we had to wait a while for it to get hot - No fridge in the room

Breakfast was satisfactory, and the hotel is designed in a kind of avantgarde style. On the day of arrival the recepcionist who was present there was extremely polite and helpful in meeting our requirements regarding invoice issuing, and gave us some hints on future booking.

Rooms are a little bit warn out, a deeper refusrbishment is needed, and some bigger TV's too . Nevertheless, they still look interesting. Some tiles in the bathroom are cracked. Glasses were put upside down directly on the wooden surface beside bed, which I find not too much higienic. The info on the parking facility was confusing - the hotel owns a garage, but the words used in the info on parking were "public parking is available....", so we thought we had to park on the street, and we did so, only to later discover that the hotel has its own garage.

Nicely decorated rooms. I liked the bar and common hanging out area was cozy. Breakfast was also good.

Even we booked our room as double bed, they did not provide us a room with double bed and they said they don’t guarantee the bed being 2 single or double bed size, which i did not like that at all. If i knew that i would have booked different hotel.

very good value for the price, the room was nice and the hotel's aesthetic was great, we loved the breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful! we could even borrow an umbrella for the day when it was raining and on our last day we could leave our luggage there until we did some more discovering of the city before our train left!

a bed cover would have been nice and during breakfast it was a bit difficult sometimes to find a place to sit, but otherwise everything was great :)

Nice Hotel with good design and spacy rooms. Not so great bed and pillows. The staff was helpful but in general in my point of view not so friendly, but in any case was helpful. The breakfast was great with many meals and very delicious. Moreover the hotel was situated in a very good spot, 5 min walk from a nearby metro station only 3-4 stops from the city center. Also in a quiet neigbourhood.

The pool table in the bar was a nice diversion. The bar/lounge is warm and inviting. There is a lift from the lobby to all floors. The bath is not huge, but large enough to not feel cramped. The bed(s) are comfortable and the room temperature made for a good night's sleep. If you forego room/towel cleaning for 2 days, they reward you with a drink voucher. More hotels should be doing this.

The hotel needs some common area refurbishing, such as the carpets and minor blemishes in the hallways. The internet was inconsistent and made it hard to stay in touch with our office back in the US. The breakfast is hugely over-priced and doesn't offer ala carte ordering. There is no coffee service in the room. The hotel is not very conveniently located, but plentiful choices of ride-share e-scooters offers a decent alternative to long walks. Too much construction noise in the early mornings.
