friendly staffs , good location ,clean room , good breakfast ,waitresses are very good service .

the only thing I don’t really like was the room key. it’s too big for the pocket or my handbag , also the room key has all the details like hotel name and room number. if we accidentally lose it somewhere when we out ,then ppl can found out where we are stay , don’t think is safe at all .

Excellent location very close to underground and tram stops. Very quiet but close to central Vienna. Good varied choice at breakfast. Rooms comfortable and clean though tea bags not replaced.

The team on the front desk were with one exception surprisingly brusque and grumpy. They rarely smiled! Maybe it’s a cultural thing but we asked for advice on how to get somewhere and were met with a frown, shrug and no ideas or attempt to try to help us. I like my tea and had to ask at reception every day for some more tea bags and milk for my room! They were never replaced by housekeeping the whole week I was there which was odd - and frankly a pain considering what we spent on rooms for a week! Usually to be on the front desk you need to be smiley and helpful!

We booked a cozy urban room, and we were given a room in the 6th floor (last floor of the building). Room was simple, decent size but comfortable and nice. I especially liked the very comfortable bed and pillows and the renovated bathroom (our room had a walk-in shower). The building is really beautiful, especially from the outside. Location is great, inside the Innere Stadt, very close (walking distance) to everything and just 5 minutes to the metro station (if someone prefers to move this way). Staff were polite and attentive. In general, it’s a good value for money, especially given its location.

Our room in the 6th floor was below the attic and had slanted roofs (not very comfortable for tall people). Breakfast was average, it could be far better and include more options to choose from, and it was probably not worth the additional money (not included in the stay).

Good location with excellent facilities. Breakfast a bit expensive (20 euros each) but a small super market near by did pastries & coffee . Great bathroom and Wi Fi . Only 2 TV channels in English but not a problem. Strange housekeeping system where you could opt out for a free drink at the bar but Its unclear what you are opting out of. Bins in room emptied but no replacement tea or coffee. Very pleasant staff at bar and reception. Some very good places to eat locally at reasonable prices.. Hop on Hop off service 500m away

Apart from the unclear housekeeping issue nothing negative.

Appreciated the extra space afforded by the larger room, which enabled us to meet with several family members on our first day for a private gathering. Liked having the ability to make (instant) coffee in our room as well as to use the refrigerator to store food. Buffet breakfast was delicious (if a bit expensive.) Staff were very helpful. Especially appreciated being able to store our luggage at the hotel when we arrived in the morning. Enjoyed the view of the park. Could not believe how quiet it was in the room! 10 minute walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral in the center of the city.

The location is great! You can easy walk around the city Center without using any public transport. From the airport I think it was better to take the bus even if you need to pay a bit more than the train because the bus stop is 1 minute walk from the hotel. It is really convenient when you have big luggages to carry. The staff was in general pretty friendly and helpful.

The rooms needs a refurbishment, we were in the sixth floor. I thought for a 4starts it wasn’t that good that I was expecting. The hotel looks better on the picture.

The hotel itself is very nice and in a location easily walkable to all the sites around the city. Staff is excellent, very helpful. Room is well equipped, bed and pillows are comfortable, hot water kettle and instant coffee in room were appreciated as well as the complimentary bottle of water.

We were given an attic room with low ceilings and a window so high we couldn't see out of it. None of the photos shown in the "Cosy Urban" room type indicated that this type of room was possible. All the pictures show normal high ceilings with normal full windows. Had we know we could be stuck in such a small room we would never have booked this hotel. Pictures should show all room type possibilities, not just the best rooms you could get in that category. We were only there for one night so it was fine but had we booked for multiple nights we would have changed hotels.

The location was perfect yet quiet - loved that part Would give a 5 star for the location and everything else. Staff was friendly and helpful

Liked everything about the hotel. Only thing that I would like to mention would be that we were given rooms in the 6th floor and the rooms had slanted roofs and we being tall people- we had to be really careful walking around the room

Breakfast was very nice. The staff were fantastic. I would have liked a little variation perhaps (maybe a boiled egg) as I was there for 7 days but it did already have a wide selection. Room has great and I really appreciated the nice spring water that was left most days. Cleaner was great. My window did not shut but in the summer that worked well.

Ice in the fridge in the room or the ability to get some ice from reception. A wine glass in the room as well.

the location is great, close to public transportation of any kind, within walking distance from the old city. the staff is very efficient and friendly , every request was immediately taken care of Breakfast buffet is very good there are two elevators so you never have to wait quiet street

the size of room and especially the bathroom Coffee machine in lobby is not free for guest hotels Bar was not available during our stay
