Excellent location in best part of city with most attractions nearby. Inner stadt is best area for attractions and high end shopping. The hotel is 5 to 10 mins from everything. Room was very clean, good size and good bathroom facilities. Staff and services very efficient.

Breakfast is expensive, go to nearby Cafe Der Mann or any other local cafes and it is a fraction of the price.

The location was great. Easy walking distance to central Vienna, many restaurants and several tourist attractions. Not too far from the train station so easy access to public transport. Definitely recommend the hotel for easy access to Central Vienna. The staff were helpful and nice. The hotel and room were modern. The room was clean, spacious and cosy. Nice clean bathroom. Overall very comfortable room and big double bed. Really nice breakfast with many options. Good value for money, especially due to location.

Elevator was small and could only fit 2 people comfortably at one time. Only 1 elevator, so the wait was often long during busy times of the day (breakfast/checkout time).

It’s very close to many places that I would like to go to. Nice friendly staff, very accommodating and considerate. The room is very homey. I like that the bathroom is complete with all what we need (especially the needs of women). The bed is huge and comfortable to sleep with, enough pillows too. They have yoga mats if you wish to do your morning exercise. And there's free tea, coffee and candies all day long just when you enter the hotel.

The shower soaked the bathroom wet. Maybe there’s a little problem with how water is coming out from it. I hope that this will be addressed to right away since it reached near the hair dyer. It would also be nice if they can refill the water bottle on a daily basis. Thank you.

The hotel is in a great location to explore Vienna. It's got a quirky style; the bedroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a nice touch to have apples and sweets near reception as well as water for guests to help themselves. Plus chocolate dipped strawberries in the room on arrival and a couple of delicious chocolates as part of the room service definitely put a smile on our faces!

It's too extreme to say we didn't like anything, I would just point out that on requesting a late check out, or rather asking when we could request a late check out, we were initially advised we'd have to wait for the morning of check out; this transpired not to be the case as we asked another member of staff a day later and she was able to advise us and alter our room keys there and then.

Location is great. It is located on a quiet side street. You can walk to all the major tourist sites easily. Our standard double room is air conditioned (very necessary in July). Reasonable size room with a long desk and chair (very necessary if one needs to work occasionally), there are also anther small round table and an arm chair and foot stool so the other person can totally relax as well. Bathroom is fairly modern and very clean, especally the floor of the shower is not slippery at all (one does not want any accident while travelling). Breakfast is very good with quite a lot food varieties. On the day we had to go out before the usual opening hour, they opened the breakfast bar 10 minutes earlier for us. On the ground floor, there is a library where one can work if the room is being cleaned. In the reception area, there are chilled water, hot water, tea bags, sweets and apples all free. There are two computers and a printer (can connected and print from iPhone) one can use freely as well.

The location in town is just great. You can get to any central attraction within 10 min walks. Das Tigra provides a lot of small attentions towards to the customers that make a lot of difference: the non stop water/tea/ candies in the lobby, small chocolate in the room every day. Very nice. The breakfast is gorgeous: a lot of choice for all the tastes. The room was so quiet, relaxing. Bed was very confortable. Congratulations to the wonderful staff and management for such a nice place! You deserve a 10 on all aspects. For sure 100% we will come back during our next stay in Vienna !

The beds at Boutique Hotel Das Tigra were SO comfortable and it was nice to have AirCon when we were there during the summer heat. The staff was very friendly and kind, and it was nice and quiet at night (with blackout curtains) so we slept very well during this portion of our trip. Plus the hotel is only about a 20 minute walk to the Operea House, and a lot of the amazing restaurants and places to see in Vienna are situated between the hote'ls location and the Opera House.

Nothing. It was a great stay ... a little expensive, but everything in Vienna is expensive ... and we'd be open to staying there agian if we find ourselves in Vienna in the future.

Hotel location is perfect for exploring the old city center on feet. Staff was really friendly. At the reception they were always helping and at the breakfast they were always coming and asking what kind of coffee you prefer and serving within minutes. Breakfasts were full of choices and very tasty, despite coming in later more towards the end of the serving time. Beds were huge and very comfortable. At the reception you always had the fresh and tasty apples, water (hot for tea and cold) and some sweets you could take without any limits. We stayed for one last drink at the hotel bar and they brought us also some peanunts to nib on without extra charge. We came with 2 cars and parked it in the Freyung city garage where the hotel offers better prices for a day stay - about 13 eur cheaper.

Bathroom was a bit tiny and I can imagine that for larger person it could be challenging to move around. We were staying on the 7th floor and even though the windows were quite good, you could hear the louder voices in the street coming from the bar oposite to the hotel - but I suppose that was the reason you had the ear plugs available 😊. Also as with almost every hotel the room doors are quite noisy when closed, always making huge bang - you could hear the hotel getting awake in the morning.

We really love the location and the vibe of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was super clean. The breakfast was excellent. The location was amazing it was in the heart of Vienna and a close walk to everything that you would like to see. Highly recommend it.

The only thing that we found a bit weird it was the frosted glass of the toilet/ bathroom. If you go in the middle of the night you will definitely wake up your roommate. And also make sure you got with someone who you are comfortable of hearing his/her toilet business 🤣 and one last thing even though we were as a couple they had on the bed two single guilds.
