Triada Hotel

It’s in a quiet location and a safe neighbourhood. We were there during a very hot spell of weather, and the air conditioning was excellent, enabling us to escape from the heat, and to sleep at night. The room was clean and modern. The hotel staff were all excellent. Finally, but importantly: one of us needed a gluten free breakfast, for health reasons. The staff discreetly but efficiently made sure that gluten-free bread was available. The staff were always happy to help with ordering taxis (eg for the airport)

We only have good things to say about this excellent hotel.

We were here for a gymnastics competition for our little one, we liked the location it's convenient with all the essential things like a supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, diner and park and it was walking distance to the Asics Arena. Room was decent for the price. Staff was super friendly and our requests were well accommodated by both "Victorias" - Viktoria Velikova and Victoria Taskova. You can request for a kettle and iron if you require.

Not much to complain about for the price.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, and organised us a taxi to the airport for 3am. We were able to leave luggage as we arrived before our rooms were ready and reception staff gave us information on the local things to see and do close to the hotel. There's a nice park over the road and another bigger one, Borisova Gradina Park, a bit further away. The hotel bar/restaurant has excellent views, a balcony, and a nice atmosphere. The room was clean and cooled by AC with a free bottle of water.

It is close to the airport and also ony a short drive or bus ride to parks, historical statues etc in the city centre, so a convenient location whether you want to enjoy the city or just be near the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of daylight inside the hotel gave it a good spacious feeling.

Breakfast starts at 7am, my flight meant going to the airport at 3.30am so the free breakfast wasn't something I could utilise. Maybe a takeaway option already bagged up the night before could be a nice touch for hungry travellers

I appreciated the most that I haven’t meet any minor or even major annoying issue during my stay which occurs many times on other places. Concerning the price/value ratio, you got more than what you expect. Basically you can see that things are handled and focused on constant basis. The restaurant in the hotel is more than just a necessary service, the food was great, served on fair price and the environment was also comforting. At breakfast the options fulfilled the expected both in quantity and quality except the juice which was just a colored water. Everything else were fine and fresh, so it worth the price.

Ok, the maids annual chit chat party in front of my door was funny but only in the first half an hour.

The staff was very friendly and provided assistance when needed. The rooms were good enough. The hotel was warm, which is an important feature as it was very cold when I stayed. The breakfast was Ok. Nothing spectacular. The hotel is 10 to 15 minutes away from the aiport. It is situated at a nice neighbourhood.

It was not as close to the city center as I imagined. It takes 1 and a half hour to the city center. It also takes one hour with public transport. Yet, by car it takes 10 to 15 minutes. I should note that taxis are not expensive.

The breakfast was quite good. Wide choice of meal, all is fresh. The bathroom was ok too, it was clean and good pressure of hot water. WiFi was also descent.

The wall in the room itself had some paint stains. The wallpapers was glued off the walls somewhere. Not very clean blankets, at least not as good as on the photo they have. The ceiling in the bathroom had traces of recent fix, not painted. Not very tidy place overall.

Located near big park and not so far from Sofia airport. Staff is trying to be helpful. Wifi quality is acceptable. Very good mattress. Quiet neighbourhood.

It’s pretty old by look and not very well maintained. For example, the door to restroom could be hardly closed. They provide only one small bottle of water per stay complementary. Any food available there (breakfast and 6th floor restaurant) is very average by quantity of cooking.

We slept very well here the night before our flight. The hotels closest to the airport charge the double for smaller rooms than this one. This is just a few kilometers from the airport, but in a nicer area, close to a big park and a shopping mall. If you have some extra hours in Sofia, a stroll in the vicinity will refresh you.

To mention something, the wall to wall carpets, I suppose it would be more hygienic with another kind of flooring.

The stuff was nice, especially the young lady at the reception. Very helpful and always smiling! Breakfast very good! The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, although the air conditioning did not work. I stayed two nights and overall I am very pleased! There is a beautiful park next to the hotel which I also recommend! I will come back there for sure!
