Perfect location for the early flight we had. Shuttle bus to the airport on time. Nice staff at reception and the waitress at the restaurant.

Avoid the restaurant, the food is not good at all. It used to have good food and I don't know if they changed the chef but what we ordered was an absolute disgrace. An overcooked chicken with burned sun-dried tomatoes a side of frozen reheated broccoli and 3 bun rolls that made no sense. I stayed here two months ago and they offered complimentary water in the room. They have now decided to remove this. Over the years it has definitely increased in price and decreased in quality.

have stayed in many hotels and this one exceeded all of our expectations. English speaking staff! They took care of us and set up everything about our stay. The hotel provided us transportation from the Airport and dropped us to Airport! The staff waited for our early morning transportation to Airport! I was so surprised about the attentive customer service.!! The staff in restaurant was so nice and special thanks to breakfast team for so wonderful special early morning (4am) packed breakfast. The facilities for early morning breakfast was exceed our expectations! Special thanks to Roomy the Robot!!, provided an early morning service! Thanks to the wonderful team of people at this hotel! Like to visit again!

The location is perfect if you have to catch an early/late flight - the hotel offers a shuttle bus to the terminal for free. The reception was modern and nice, the staff was friendly. The room was neat, and there was a bathtub. Moreover, there was a cool robot room service, which I sadly I couldn’t try out as I spent just 3h at the hotel. I would visit the hotel again.

1. Wake-up call service - I signed up for a wake-up call for 4:10 am at the reception, which never happend. While checking out, I mentioned that they forgot t wake me up, and one receptionist pretended he didn’t hear me, and the other one got startled, but did not even appologize - both pretended I didn’t say anything… it was very odd and definitely not a good service. I had to catch an early flight and relied on them to wake me up in case I overslept. 2. Shuttle bus booking - I made an online booking for the shuttle bus, but when I checked in, I had to book it again. Not a major issue, but why do you have an online shuttle bus booking service if the guest has to book it again anyway?

Staff was very kind. Room was cleaned every day. TV in the room had many channels, both Bulgarian and foreign. I needed help to turn the TV on (cables were taken out) and a technician came fairly quickly and fixed it with a smile. Breakfast was very good and with a rich variety. Since location is a bit weird with no public transportation nearby to the city, it was very good with a free shuttle to and from the airport where you could connect to the metro station. All you had to do was let reception know where you needed to be picked. There is a metrostation at Terminal 2, so you could take the shuttle to there and explore the city. Saves a lot of money by avoiding using taxi. Drivers were kind and helpfull. I was extremely impressed by the two waiters at the restaurant when eating dinner. The older one was called Teo and I didn't catch the name of the younger one. Exceptionally nice guys and give those guys a pay raise! The younger one recommended me a dessert they make at the hotell - a biscuit cake. Absolutely a hit! I should mention the chefs in the kitchen as well, all the dinner I ate was delicious. Risotto with chicken, ceasar salad and chicken skewers. Also Plamen at the reception (but also the rest) were really nice and helpfull.

It wasn't much not to like but if I should give a constructive feedback - the waitresses at breakfast were never smiling and looked almost angry all the time. A smile on the face would do miracles especially early in the morning. Also the fact that the hotel is located a bit in the middle of nowhere with only taxi or shuttle as transporation means. But again - the shuttle was available upon request.

My parents live in Bulgaria so I visit the country about twice a year. This hotel was by far my best "touristy" experience. The room was big and overall clean, the restaurant was great. Breakfast was also really good. However, I think what makes this hotel really great is the staff. We've stayed there twice and both times the reception and restaurant staff were very kind and helpful. Oh, and the free 24-hr airport shuttle of course! Even though the hotel is not right by the airport, the shuttle makes it really easy to get to and from the airport any time you need. I'm 100% staying there again.

Both times we stayed at the hotel the room had dirty curtains, once there were blood stains on them (ew!). Also, every time I took a shower, I ended up having to wipe up a pool of water on the floor afterwards. I don't know if that was the bathtub that leaked or the glass divider but it happened every time both times we stayed there (and we stayed in different rooms).

Two of us had poor facilities in room! Refreshment sachets and bathroom complimentary bottles etc hadn’t been replenished! There was no hairdryer, looked in wardrobe , drawers etc as friends was in wardrobe ! Price list for snacks on a scan bar code! ( only stayed 1 night ) Food selection quite good for complimentary breakfast although for British taste it was strange eating cold beans etc ! Cereals , continental breakfast , sausages , bacon , toast , pastry’s etc . Evening Restaurant was lovely, clean and whilst not as cheap as other Bulgarian restaurants it was nice food and reasonable price for Best Western . Location super easy with free shuttle for airport but there are no shops close by ! Staff were all helpful, polite and professional . All in all a pleasant stay .

The hotel is excellent, next to the airport terminal s. It has a very good breakfast and restaurant menu. The hotel personnel is very friendly and a big thanks to Ivan for making our staying extra comfortable.

perfect location if you are flying from Sofia Airport and tou need somewhere to stay before or after your flight. the shuttle service to and from the airport was perfect. you can also use the hotel parking if you need to park your car while you are on your trip. the rooms are suprisingly spacious. they are providing an early buffet starting from 3 a.m. although there are just some bakery, fruit and some hot drinks. but that’s more than enough considering the time of the day.
