Very easy access to the hotel, not only because of the good location, but also the check-in method (access code). The advantage was that it was possible to leave the luggage earlier in a secured locker. The staff prepared the room earlier than the standard check-in time. The room had a coffee machine with several capsules, a set of teas, an electric kettle and crisps, a bottle of Czech beer in the fridge and a soda. A bed with a soft mattress, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing in Prague. A large number of pillows allowed for comfortable adjustment while sleeping. Towels, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner are available in the bathroom.

1/ Location:: Conveniently located (metro, tram, cafe, groceries). 2/ Room:: clean room and linens. Double window and I did get hear a noise without even using the earplugs they provided. There is a ceiling fan. Windows have privacy and blind curtains. Good quality toiletries. 3/ Room items:: Good complimentary items, such as a packet of chips, a bottle of beer, Kofola and water (btw all 3 in glass bottles…👍🏻), biodegradable coffee pods for a Nespresso machine (👍🏻), milk for coffee but not in the usual powered form in other hotels (👍🏻), tea, a vintage kettle, 2x cups/glasses/spoons. 4/ Checkin:: Easy online checkin. If you are a fan of quick checkin and checkout without having to deal with hotel staff, then this is the place. 5/ Internet:: Wifi was fast and the password was😅. 6/ Others:: Lift, wheelchair accessible. Secure.

I wish there were bedside tables.

The room and the bathroom is neat and clean, very comfortable. We've also got some welcome snacks and drink. :) Plus point that there is coffee machine and water boiler which is pretty nice (!!). Numa Roots got everything that needed for a comfort stay. Furthermore we've had breakfast included. The brunch place is awesome and the food is extra delicious. You can choose from several different breakfast meals and you can't decide wrong. Totally worth the price.

The door had no key but a code-lock, which is understandable and convenient of course, however it did not feel the safest.

I absolutely loved everything, it exceeded my expectations. Smooth and early check-in, amazing breakfast at the nearby cafe, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with the bathtub, nice quiet location 7 minutes to Wenceslas Square with all transport connections round the corner, welcoming snacks and beverages, coffee machine and tea pot, small fridge, possibility to regulate the heating system, etc.

In general, absolutely perfect value for money, very comfortable bed with medium soft mattress, higher grade pillows and blankets, free snacks and drinks + tasty coffee, everything super clean, blackout curtains, good sound insulation, very charming design and nicely refurbished - both the room and rhe common areas, spacious elevator, very quick, responsive and kind management team Just perfect BnB at all.

Not a big problem, but oné reading spotlight integrated in shelve above bed not working (room 408)

The room was extremely comfortable and a decent size. The bathroom was also a good size. The entire property was decorated nicely and was kept clean. The little terrace was really nice. You could get extra towels, bin bags, teabags and the little coffee pods yourself if you needed them. The communication from the staff was excellent - I didn't really need to contact them myself during my stay, but a fire alarm went off during my stay and the staff instantly kept everyone updated. The location was also excellent. It was approximately a 15 minute from Wenceslas Square and the metro/tram stops. The location was really quiet and away from the noisy crowds, which was good if you are a light sleeper like me. I didn't have breakfast from the property whilst I was there, but you could order it and it would be delivered to your door.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Everything. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the location, both quiet and a 10 minutes walk from the Old Town, the bed, the care the staff put into this place, everything was state of the art. Even the breakfast was everything you’d expect. Book away!

It is not often that I simply do not have anything to write here, but here we are.

The room was spotless clean and nicely furnished. I highly appreciate a coffee maker in the room as well as a bottle of water and crisps for free. The bed was very comfortable.

Just the bathroom was a bit tiny so you couldn’t fully open the shower door but for me just a minor issue.

The location is very central, and at the same time, very quiet, also the building is very pleasant and it offers a WC on the ground floor, useful for the checkout day.

The light inside the room, for working, or reading can be too little.

The inclusion of a well-equipped bathroom and kitchen in my room was a pleasant surprise. The modern amenities provided me with a sense of convenience, making my stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free. Having the opportunity to prepare my own meals and unwind in a luxurious bathroom truly elevated my experience. The prime location of Numa l Root Rooms & Apartments was undeniably advantageous. Being centrally situated in Prague allowed me to easily explore the city's attractions and access public transportation with ease. This convenient positioning significantly enhanced the overall value of my stay. One of the standout features that left a lasting impression was the thoughtful amenities provided in the room. From complimentary beer to a selection of coffee and snacks, these additional touches conveyed a sense of genuine care for guests' comfort and satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated.

While my experience at Numa l Root Rooms & Apartments was overwhelmingly positive, I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the presence of defective lockers. This issue slightly impacted my overall impression of an otherwise exceptional stay. Additionally, during my 7-day stay, I think that the room might have cleaned at least once or twice, whereas the cleaning was optional, a fee would have applied on request which was a slight drawback in terms of maintaining a fresh environment throughout my visit. However, it's important to note that these drawbacks didn't significantly overshadow the numerous positive aspects that contributed to my enjoyable time at the establishment.
