Radisson Blu Hotel Prague

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. Best value for the money, the staff was so professional from top to bottom. Our check in and out went smoothly without any issues. The hotel itself is impeccable clean and very well maintained, breakfast was so good with plenty of choices, rooms are spacious and so clean. This was a fantastic stay. Thank you everyone at the hotel 🙏🏻

Great location and staff were wonderful! It was easy to get to and walk around within 10 mins you were in the heart of the city which was great Really loved the room we had too, and the spaciousness of the hotel

As a vegetarian the breakfast options could have been better and the menu at the bar could have been more. It was very limited which wasn’t helpful if you wanted variation.

I booked the superior room and honestly it was extremely clean, amenities were up to date and the hotel location is extremely good (comfiest soft bed I have ever slept on, in any hotel) I prefer staying in hotels where the streets are not noisy and has good surroundings. If you want such a hotel, Radisson Blu Prague is perfect! In addition, most major tourist spots are literally 10-17 mins from the hotel as well. Honestly, a very good stay and location and it was definitely value for money. Furthermore, staff was so warm and accommodating as well.

Nothing to dislike.

The room was good size and had good furnishings. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful. Location was ok, around 15 minute walk to the center.

Facilities where limited to a gym and a small bar. Toiletries, bed sheets and cups could have been changed more often.

Good variety of food for breakfast Great location, easy to find GYM is okay, dining in room food is tasty. Breakfast time 6:30 - 10:30 very flexy. Manager Yana on reception is very helpful!

Sometimes there is a noise from neighbours. We had a room with balcony on 8th floor but the view does not worth it. It's just facing a yellow building in 10m, so you can't see a lot because of it. Someone smoked a cigar on terrace - 9th floor and dropped it on our balcony. If someone smokes on terrace - you will smell it even inside the room. There is a big space for a shower. Instead it can be bath tub, which I prefer more.

Great location. Property was lovely and modern. Staff on reception were extremely helpful. Room was very nice. Spacious and well presented. Our balcony didn’t have a spectacular view but we still appreciated having it. All in all a great stay.

Our shower leaked out onto bathroom floor and we did have an issue with the curtain coming down along with the pole from the ceiling but this was rectified very quickly.

A very nice hotel with a very nice bar. I also liked the convenient location and the friendly staff.

I really didn’t understand why that light in the ceiling would be subtly on although everything else was switched off. I also think having a coffee machine of some sort instead of instant coffee bags would be more appropriate for a hotel of this ranking.

We totally loved our room. The room had very chic interiors and lighting was very good! The staff at the reception was very helpful too

No one picked the phone at the reception for hours and when we complained, they said probably your phone would not be working. Then why did you a give a room like that! The water bottle was free only for the day of arrival, the next day we weren’t given any! While booking we have not seen it mentioned anywhere. The property is a bit of walk from the centre specially the last bit which is uphill

Situated at a walking distance from tourist destinations. Very good room with small balcony. Available paid parking lots around the hotel (but NOT a hotel parking). Very informative file with the nearest parking places. Be careful to read the dimensions limits of the parking places if you’re with a big car - some of them are only for small to average cars.

Misleading information that the hotel has a parking. It might have, but it can’t be used! Right before arrival we received a message that the hotel parking has “limited” places and we have to use the paid parking lots around the hotel. There was nobody outside the hotel to help with moving the parking limiter pegs in order to park shortly for coping with the luggage upon arrival and when leaving. You just have to help yourself :)

The hotel offered me everything I'd expect from a 5 star facility. Initially I booked a standard room, but it turned out to be too dark (it had a very tiny window on the side wall and that was it) and I felt claustrophobic. I spoke with reception and they transferred me to the superior suit free of charge (on the photos attached). It was very roomy, light and comfortable. I really enjoyed it. And if you plan to stay for at least several nights I would highly recommend booking at least superior room as it is just way better than the standard one, while the price difference is really minor. The hotel has very friendly reception and helpful staff, super-comfortable beds and just that premium-feeling design and furniture, great breakfasts and high-end gym. This is the type of hotel where you want to return after the working day even though you are in Prague. Just a perfect place for getting some rest and doing some work.

You get bottled water only on the first night and that's it. It's not that big of a problem as there are plenty of stores around and you can get free water in the lobby. But overall this is the first time I see that the hotel doesn't serve you bottled water daily (actually they do, but only to the RadissonBlu members of certain grade).
