Hotel Brixen

Location and stuff is amazing, very accomodating.

In the description, kitchenware is mentioned and that was the reason why i booked because i wanted to actually do my breakfast in the room. However, there is only stove and kettle in the kitchen and no pans/pates/knives/forks/spoons are provided, so basically booking a room with kitchen is worthless as you cannot use it.

The hotel is very centrally located, 4 minutes walking distance from the metro stop of I.P. Pavlova, where many trams also stop. The city center is also walking distance and the neighbourhood is nice, with many good restaurants. The receptionists were kind and helpful. Everything went well.

The hotel is on a huge street that can be quite packed with cars and people. It is not completely silent even in the night, people with a light sleep should take this into account. The breakfast is not bad, but not exceptional as declared.

The hotel is in a good location, it's easy to reach the old town. It's an economy class hotel, so the price corresponds to the quality and it's a great place to spend the night and take a shower if you plan to stay for one/two days.

We had reserved a parking space, but when we arrived there was no space for our car, so we had to look for a parking space on the street. We were lucky we stayed for one night and the parking was free that day otherwise we would have had an additional expenses and inconvenience.

The hotel is situated in a good location, close to Wenceslas Square, but also easy to reach by car from the highway. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied, and the staff serving it made sure that missing items were quickly refilled and tables were cleaned.

The coffee is the usual, rather scary, hotel stuff. Rooms overlooking the main road are noisier than those overlooking the back yard, but nothing too bothersome.

The stay at Brixen was great, the property is very centrally located and its just a 15 min walk to the downtown. There are a lot of restaurants within 2 min walk from the hotel. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean. The best way to get around Prague downtown is by foot and Hotel Brixen was super ideal for the stay. The parking is really tight and small, so I highly recommend you to make a reservation in case you need one. The parking costs 20€ per day which is just the standard price around downtown. I would highly recommend this property for a weekend getaway.

Great location right by trams and the metro, and close enough to attractions to walk. Genuinely friendly staff and good service, English was very good at check-in. The room is well-maintained and very clean, with a good bed. Everything worked in the room, and the bathroom was in excellent shape. The breakfast was a highlight and is strongly recommended - a buffet of breads, meats, cheeses, jams, and cereals, with hot eggs, peppers, and sausage to boot!

There is no air conditioning and the rooms face the sunset, so it gets quite warm on hotter days. The provided fan was much appreciated.

Professional and friendly staff. Good location in city center near old town / main train station and Prague congress center. Big, comfortable beds.

Rooms didn't have air con, so in a hot night had to fully open the window and it was nearly impossible to sleep because of the noise from the main street below. Fortunetly professional and smiling staff made the stay pleasant in overall (best wishes to the Kofola girl ;)

City center is within walking distance. For most of the time the hotel was very quiet, we barely heard any of the other guests, it felt like we were alone in the building. The breakfast offered enough options, the room was clean, with crisp white bedsheets, all in all - we are very happy with our stay. (Stand 2022) If you go out and turn right - there is Korean restaurant, Biwon, which is really good, and if you want some fancy matcha lattes etc. - Coffee Factory is twice around the corner.

There is a police station around the corner, so you hear sirens from time to time.

Good value for money, clean beds and rooms. Room service left the rooms nice and tidy. Nice little toiletries and cotton buds/wipes.

Would not have a child in this room as the window opened right up and we were up quite high. Third bed was more of a child's bed and one of my friends was too tall for it. Mattress was not as nice as the double bed, but I still slept well in it.

The Hotel is located in a very convenient area from which you an reach out all necessary activities: Metro - 5min / supermarket - 10min / City Center- 15 min. Breakfast is more than enough, various with a lot of Chech specialities, testy, after this kind of Breakfast you don't need even launch :) Personal is very helpful and we have got any help we needed. Beds are very comfortable. Given the price and quality of hotel = exceed all my expectations. Totally recommended. See you next time!
