super comfy bed .. super location ..

the Pool area could be cleaned a little better .... many particles like chunks of hair , bandages inside the water and the the floors in general didn't look like they get cleaned every day. I think I saw the same bandage inside the water for two and a neon pink bandage on the floor outside the pool caught my eye the one day , which is not a big deal , but you came back two days later, and I noticed it still sitting on the exact same spot .... that simply tells me they didn't clean the Pool area every day. But after I mentioned it at the reception, it was way better .... water clean .... floors clean......

Breakfast was very good. There were always enough options to choose from. The room was good enough. I expected more amenities (like shower cap, earbuds, slippers). The facilities were kind enough to accommodate our requests (give us rooms close to each other and have 2 single beds in 1 of the rooms). What was also very nice was the fact that our rooms had a door in between and the reception was very fast to unlock the door for us when we asked for it. That way we had direct access to each other's rooms which my nieces found extremely entertaining! The beds also had nNice, comfy mattresses.

Extremely long check-in procedure. My brother is naval inspector and he travels a lot. He also commented that this must have been the longest check-in he had never experienced. The reception people seem to be aware of the issue (seemed to be outdated process and not an issue of the employees) and gave us a free welcome drink to compensate the waiting.

It was a nice spacious room for the two of us and our 1yo The breakfast was great it had a great variety of food for all different desires The staff was really trying to help where ever they could They even made sure that our postcards got to the post office The hotel restaurant which serves food from 12-9or 10pm was nice and a great value - i wish they had a few more vegetarian options but it was fine

We originally booked this hotel since it had a pool and we wanted to have the possibility to go for a swim if it was raining Unfortunately the room and water were far too cold so staying in there was quite uncomfortable especially on a rainy day And the other not so nice thing was the bed and the noise the bed was quite uncomfortable to us the mattress felt lumpy in spots plus the noise from the hallway was quite annoying

The hotel is very well located, quiet street and surroundings. It was clean, the cleaning personnel was very prompt. The room was ok, large enough to fit acceptably a family of 4 (still much smaller than other Novotel 4 person rooms we've been). A plus is the pool, which is rare fot Novotel and is open until 21.30, again super for kids. The bed was comfy but the pillows were too large and stuffed. The staff at the reception was great, helpful and friendly. There is underground parking for 22eur per day.

The breakfast should be imrpoved. I felt like a 3 star hotel breakfast. We've stayed in Novotel Wroclaw the day before and the breakfast there was wow.

Hotel had a very good value and good for kids. It’s well located and the swimming pool was almost always empty. My daughters found it perfect and part of the best of the stay in Prague. We only had breakfast one day at the hotel- we thought the nice coffee places around had better offers.

The kids corner is quite “used” and could had been updated for older kids from 5+. I also think a small extra plus would had been a kid gift when check in. Small details makes a lot of difference. Would had been nice to have the jacuzzi in use. Water in pool a bit chilly but the children enjoyed it.

Very good location, few minutes away from IP Pavlova train station.

The room allocated to us was having WC separate from the main washroom. There was a very unhygienic feeling of using the WC and then coming out to go to the main washroom to wash your hands and all that. Besides, lighting in the washroom was very low. I also had a feeling that the WC was consuming too much water with every flush; not contributing to sustainability.

The room was nice and the bed convenient. Also the shower was convenient. Everything was clean and the hotel is on a central location. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of different kinds of food and was good.

The choice in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was very limited. One day we couldn't get lunch as there was a small conference group with abvout 20-25 people eacting in the restaurant. The indoor swimming pool had on several occasions too low a temperature and people were shivering.

The outstanding friendliness of the front desk staff. Petra and Katarina are absolutely brilliant, an example of what customer service should look like and the core of why guests come back. These are the workers organisations should be looking after and should by all means retain in order to be successful. Thank you ever so much for your incredible help, going the extra mile on your duties to also advise on the city and best Prague tips, and upscaling this experience with such openness, approachability and positivity. You made my stay!

The toilet room is not in the same room as the bath room.

Location, pool, sauna.

Drinking water wasn't provided everyday. Only 4 small bottles were given during the whole 8 nights stay for 4 persons. "Queen size" room was really small for 4 persons. After a sofa was transformed into 2 persons bed there wasn't any space left in the room even to walk. That would be terrible experience to try to live in that room for 8 nights. So, I was immediately forced to negotiate to move to another bigger room and paid additionally for that upgrade. To clarify further answers. Initially given room #506 was terribly small for 4 persons. That one to which I upgraded #122 was OK. But I was asked to pay more for that.

Convenient location, friendly staff and great breakfast! The availability of the gym, pool and sauna is a definite plus!

Room key has demagnetized several times when near a phone or other electronic device for literally 1 minute. Staff is quick to make a new key, but it is an unnecessary hassle.
