A large well-equipped bathroom, a comfortable bed, several sizes of pillows so that everyone can choose their favorite size, such an offer is not often seen, a very rich breakfast, a helpful receptionist, nice premises

The room is relatively small and there was a bit of a queue at the reception on arrival and departure, but it must be said that it was nothing terrible, the room was single so you can expect it to be rather smaller, nothing problematic. Not entirely pleasant surroundings, but the hotel is not to blame

David from reception is a dream to have in your hotel. Spoke very well English, very helpful and really sets you up for a great time in Prague. Rooms give you a great value for your money. Location is a bit out of the city center, but is directly at a tramstop. 8 minutes later, you're in the center of Prague. Breakfast was vast and delicious.

sound isolation of the walls can be better. We had a family with children next to us during our last night and we had trouble falling asleep.

First of all: this is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at, if not THE cleanest. The receptionists are also amazing, seldomly have I experienced such good friendly service (and the reception is open 24/7). The rooms are very nice, and though we faced the street on a friday night it was quiet. The hotel is on a smaller side street. I really liked that the toilet and shower for the rooms were separate. It’s the first time we stayed in the area, which has a good selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets very close by. Add to that that there is a tram stop basically next to the hotel it is very easy to get to the city center. We felt like walking though, and we were in Old Town by foot much faster than we expected. The breakfast is nice and simple. The tea selection wins. It is an older hotel so some common areas may seem a bit darker than modern hotels (we were there in January) and some furniture is worn. It is however very good quality furniture so it is in no way lacking, and again this hotel is very clean and with a great atmosphere, so for us everything was just perfect.

The breakfast had a nice selection of various dishes and some even changed over the course of our stay. The hotel was lively but not too loud, so you felt like it isn't a ghost mansion but it's actally alive. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Very good bartender.

The matress reflected on every small movement one of us made, so it happened to wake the other up quite often. The room wasn't as quiet as expected - yes it was separated from other rooms by a hallway, but the elevator was next to it and you could hear it basically all day and night. Bar offer could use an upgrade/update since it looks like the 2000s standard "just so we have something" offer - long drinks, some shots and "hotel's special made with 10 ingredients". Worst thing: brekafast coffee tasted like burned dirt.

We arrived in Prague at 6 am and check-in was not until 2 pm, we went to the hotel and asked if there is a possibility for a earlier check-in and at 7:30 am we were already in our room ready to take a nap after a 7 hour long night bus. The staff during our stay was so friendly and helpful and me and my partner both felt very comftorable to go and ask any question necessary. The breakfast buffet was very good with different options from sweet to savoury (only downside with breakfast was that my partner does not eat pork for religious reasons and therefore had quite a few limitations to breakfast). The room was very clean and the bed was very comftorable. Overall, we can recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Prague! Once again thank you to the amazing staff at the hotel, you made our stay 10 times more better.

I stayed there for an event in the area - so location was great for me. The area itself is also nice, close to the train station, and there are trams to different parts of the city including one connecting to the airport bus. The hotel has a small former theatre where the breakfast is served. The room was decent with efficient air condition and good internet. Standard hotel breakfast with reasonable choice.

Got a top floor room with an inclined ceiling, not a big fan of such rooms, and windows had only tiny openings (but a good view). Quite intrusive breakfast service that managed to remove the plate I brought a minute ago.

Staff is exceptional! My requests online and in person were handled swiftly and with care. They also speak several languages. The hotel room size was bigger than expected, and it looked better than in the photos. The hotel is at excellent location for sightseeing (just a short tram ride away from the centre). Internet was super fast & we had a stable connection while in a video call with 30+ people. The room was warm, and there were toiletries available. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices (fresh veggies, fruits, cooked food, a variety of local sweets, coffee, tea, juice, etc). I've stayed in other hotels in Prague, but this one is really a great value for money, will definitely come again when in Prague! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The only small thing is that the shower switch did not work. The staff tried to help and managed to fix it for a bit, so we managed to shower while there, but our warm recommendation would be to fix this problem before the next guests arrive.

I would love to recommend Theatrino for short stays up to 1-2 days. It is a great location right in the center near the major public transport hub. Easy access to downtown. Staff is very friendly. Have to mention the night front desk clerk Yuriy. He was great!!! Breakfast was good but basically offered anything you would wish to give you energy for the day.

The room was on a smaller side, but OK to spend a couple of days. I had a single occupancy, but would not enjoy it spending time there as a couple. Quite cramped. The room itself and the public spaces need some renovation.
