Three Crowns Hotel

The lobby of the hotel was beautifully designed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It might be because i went during off-peak season, they kindly allowed me to check out without incurring a fee. The room was clean and spacious. Overall great value for money. I had a really pleasant stay.

The only downside was that there was no power outlet bedside in the room that I was staying in.

The hotel bar was not open. I was over for surgical procedure, and it would have been nice to sit in the bar and have a coffee but had to sit in the room for most of the week as i could not go far.

Friendly staff, really good breakfast, clean room and comfy bed. Location is great, 10 mins by bus to the city centre. If you’re looking for a super central location then it’s not the one, but I think it’s worth it. Great value for money!

In our room the toilets and shower were in inside the room with glass doors, I find it a bit uncomfortable..

The hotel common areas are excellent. The superior double room is well decorated. The bed is comfortable and the shower is really great. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast buffet was diversified and generous. I would definitely come back.

The breakfast room is too small for the hotel, so sometimes you spend some time standing waiting for a place to sleep. Also, some information on Booking.com is inaccurate. For example: - Even though here on Booking there's a question about air-conditioning and the hotel said/answered saying the rooms do have AC, my room didn't have. It's May and the room was quite warm. - The description says there are sockets next to the bed, but there weren't, which means you need to leave your phone charging overnight in the other side of the room.

This is an old fashion hotel with a spacious room, big beds and enough space. Room was warm, clean and staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was also great. Its not super close to the city center, but we still walked to there. Also there are many public transport lines around the area. We even got smart tv with Netflix account.

The only thing that was really bad was the pressure in the shower. It was basically impossible to take a shower and feel clean because water was barely running in our room. Everything else was really good.

Great location, great breakfast with a wide variety of food. The staff were kind and helpful. There is a courtyard in the hotel that is perfect for relaxing. There was a safe in the room for storing valuables. The beds were fairly comfy. Its seems like overall they try to keep the place clean.

I could hear the traffic A LOT from my room that was facing towards the street. I later realized on of my windows couldn't close properly. It wasn't too big of a deal, but I had to sleep with ear plugs in for two nights. I'm glad I wasnt there during the weekend. There are a lot of bars around the hotel, and the noise from them would have been very audible. Overall, the room was very clean except around the grout and window by the tub in the bathroom. It had a lot of fine lines of black mould that was visible as soon as you sat down in the tub. Mould is something that is easy to keep in check if you regularly spray it down and scrub it away. Unfortunately, this is the case for any hotel I've been in. Again, not a big deal, but a hairdryer would have been nice to have in the room.

Great location if you go on a concert in Forum Karlin. I had room upgrade from Booking and was really satisfied with the room and price. Breakfast was one of the best I ever had in a hotel. I appreciate 24h reception so you can check in at any time. I had a kettle in the room to make coffee and tea, hair dryer, shower gel. Nice view from the 5th floor

Room design was a little weird, but that’s the designer’s fault. I also did not appreciate the shower head which was attached to the ceiling and washing my hair wasn’t that comfortable.

The breakfast selection was wonderful - some people have said the breakfast was repetitive and in some sense yes but has been alternated every day with lots of options and varieties. The staff in the kitchen have been so friendly, accommodating and have gone above and beyond for me. As I am lactose intolerant, the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure I have lactose free alternative waiting for me at the table every morning. Absolutely amazing and cannot fault anything. Even reception staff have been lovely and accommodating and handled our lost reservation with professionalism and therefore provided excellent customer journey.

Everything was great! The only thing I would say is be careful of the Chinese shop at the corner. They have a card machine in the store but do not like customers paying with card as they probably don't pay their taxes or are not licensed to sell particular products in the store... If you rather pay with your card in the nearest stores, walk up the hill about 1km from the hotel and you will find similar store that accepts card purchases.

Our stay at Three Crowns was exceptional, the room was beautiful and very modern and very clean. The location was great not in all the hustle and bustle and the tram and bus near by. Breakfast was beautiful lots of choice. Three crowns have thought of everything including providing you with a list of what buses and trams to catch which was very useful. We dined at one of the local restaurants on recommendation of the staff, food was excellent.

The room seemed to get very hot at night, we couldn’t change the aircon, but could not rea.ly fault anything

Location is perfect as the busstop is right at the corner and the area itself is good with different places, bars, cafe and restaurants. It was very warm, clean and comfortable in the room and the staff is very polite friendly and helpful. I love the city itself so much so it was a pleasure to have stayed in this hotel this time.

Just as a suggestion maybe some bottled water in the rooms or wending machines in the second building (the one I stayed) would be nice and convenient to buy some water or small snacks? 😊
