Very kind staff, polite, helpful, smiling all the time. Beautiful pictures as decoration, nice clean rooms, very good price and good location. The old town center is two tram stops away, several options to eat and drink nearby. All in all an excellent experience if you wish to discover the city and looking for a good price as well.

Some of the rooms are a bit small, but that's not a big issue, really. I got what i expected, it's not a big hotel, so don't count on that, and you won't be disappointed. I think this is an awesome place to stay, for a very good price, and the people are very nice and kind and helpful.

The hotel was well connected and the room was clean, there was AC, so it really helped with the heat, spacious and lots of furniture to keep our belongings. The staff were friendly, easy checkin and checkout process. We could even store our luggage there for a bit.

The room they gave us was on the 5th floor, with a staircase. There is no elevator access, and the breakfast was offered in a separate building. So, there is a bit of effort to reach the room and also to go early to breakfast.

This structure is in the middle of zizkov, which is a good zone for pubs and it's also easy to reach the city center by tram. The staff is really friendly and there's a cleaning service for changing the towels during your staying, but anyway the staff is really helpful so you can just ask at the reception for anything you could need. The hostel is also cheap compared to other structures and it gives you a private room with a private bathroom, despite being an hostel, which is really nice

The room floor was squeaky and there's not an elevator

The hotel is really well-located within walking distance to the downtown area. The room was kept very warm in the middle of winter which we really appreciated! The bathroom was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel itself felt secure and safe.

We stayed for a week and should have had the room cleaned halfway through but no one ever came to clean or change the sheets. This was the only issue!

It was relatively close to all we wanted to see, has a market across the street. Location wise was good and the guy at the reception and the cleaning ladies were very helpful.

We had a bit of an issue when we arrived early in the morning, because we previously asked and were told that we will be able to leave our things at the reception at 6am till our check in at 2pm, however we couldn't get in touch with the reception till 9am, so we were stuck waiting outside for a while.

The location. Very close to the train station and the city centre. No fuss place, what you see is what you get. I had no great expectations. The room had a small TV too.

No complaints.

Basic essentials were provided for the room and washroom. Building seemed secure with cameras and a metal door. Location was good - in between 2 tram stations.

Despite the room was cleaned before accessing, there was ash smell when entered and needed constant ventilation. Also, good thing would be to install shower curtains in the bathroom, so the water won't get spilled on the floor.

The location was nearby different tram stations, which also were working at night. Thanks for your support with the umbrella, the bicycles and the hot water boiler!

The curtains in room 3 should let through less daylight, bad for sleeping out having a hangover… You could maybe offer a safe opportunity to reach the upper window (in the same room)

The pension has a great location. You only has to do 4 stops by tram to be in the city. At the same time, the accommodation has an unbeatable price.

Something went wrong and they were overbooked. I was suddenly asked to pay a deposit, which had not been announced beforehand. However, we were able to come to an agreement.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful view on the Vitkov hill. Excellent position in the heart of the Zizkov district. Fast wifi. Quiet and clean room with balcony.

I got a room on the fourth floor without the lift. Also, it may be challenging to find parking nearby if you come by car (better to book it there in advance).
