Buffet was always refilled, housekeeping was regular, heating temperature was great (April was cold), swimming pool and sauna were also nice... Good ratio between quality and price. I would recommend it.

The lack of food tongs and the fact that the staff was always manipulating the food without gloves.

The room was big and sunny. It was clean and well equipped. Very good choice if you intend to spend all day sight seeing, and only return to sleep.

Air conditioning did not cool the room, rather filled it with unplesent smell. The only good thing is that outside temperature allowed us to spleap with open window. Swimming pool is only open couple of hours a day (14-21), so don't count on swimming after late sightseeing.

cleaners come into the room in the morning, although we have a departure in 2 hours, there is a long way to the room along the corridors, you need to go through dark places under the stairs, there is not even a kettle in the room with a minimum set of tea

The room was spacious and the swimming and tennis areas were fun. Also they have a nice Japanese style garden for wandering around and getting some fresh air.

The swimming and tennis are not included in the reservation. You pay by the hour, but it's still very affordable for some conveniently located fun. The bowling and restaurants were not open when I was staying.

It’s a big hotel with a lot of facilities. I had free parking on the hotel grounds. Delicious buffet breakfast. The staff was very nice and spoke fluent English. The room was big and clean.

It’s quite far to the centrum. However, the bus stop is next to the hotel. Then you need change to the metro.

The walls are very tin, we could hear each time someone took a shower in the neighboring room. The guests in the room above us were very loud during the night, but luckily the local stuff was very prompt to deal with them after we complained.

The parking lot of the hotel which is paid extra is small and never hasn't a place, and the other larger one is in a bad place and seems unreliable! The shower in the bathroom is fixed to the wall, as if it is intended for men to shower, a female person has no chance to shower

We did not expect to stay in the largest congress hotel in europe that day, what a hotel. It has the 80s class you'd expect from a sovjet era hotel. And what a treat to be taken in. Personell was really nice.

The rooms where a little bit dated, but fine.

the free parking was a big bonus , the rooms are big , they have a nice japanese garden , they have a 24 hour reception witch is nice, the staff is friendly and speaks english

although the hotel is nice and big they save a lot of money on electricity , the hallways are very dark and creepy , felt like a horror movie

For energy saving the lighting was out in the evening so it was dark in the corridors
