Very clean and cosy room.. Check in in advance and no problem at the reception then.Close to the metro station around 5 minute walk. close to city center

The power outlet is behind the bed so if you need charge mobile you need to slightly move bed to plug charger. It might be better to have some more outlets or USB ports. WiFi is almost not usable. Very slow so use your LTE data rather

Clean and tidy rooms which were very private. The communal areas were peaceful. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Furnishing was very modest. The flat screen TV was bigger in size than what most 4 stars hotels would provide. Toilet was spacious and shower located in a convenient arrangement. Toilet amenities were of good choice. Rooms were cleaned daily. Over all very pleasant room. Hotel is located conveniently close to the public transport. There was a tram stop right infront of the hotel. And the metro station was in the same road few minutes by walking. There are few restaurants nearby, the Vietnemese restaurant was right across the road and a Chinese restaurant 2 minutes by walk. There is also a convenience shop 2 minutes by walk, which remains open till 23:00 hours. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Lucie and the elderly gentle man. I arrived late at 23:20 hours in the night, although the reception was closed Lucie waited for me to arrive over time. She also gave a good incite of the whereabouts. All staff speak good English and can be of enormous help for tourists visiting Prague for the first time. Excellent hotel of choice- value for money.

I arrived late at night after a very long travel- a bottle of water would have been nice among the room amenities for late arrivals.

It was very good service, and it was quiet too apart from the lift that would wake us sometimes in the morning only because our room was right next to the lift.

We made a special request that we would be arriving between midnight and one in the morning, but when we arrived we were not expected, even though the staff were trying to get in touch with us on the phone but they could not reach us as we were on the plane during that time. So this special request was not taken into consideration and we were waiting for a little while to get attention from a member of staff. We were told there was 20 Euros for late check in but the member of staff said it was ok, we did not need to pay that so that was a nice gesture and we appreciated that.

Location: It's near Metro C, and with tram stops just outside the hotel. Helpful staff, just ask, and they will try to help you in any way they can. Helpful and friendly hotel staff.

There is no available kettle to borrow, though staff is generous enough to give hot water if needed. Hot room, because it's summer (stayed in last week of Aug.), a fan would be a plus. Open windows can be a problem with a light sleeper since the hotel is situated in front of a tram station - which makes it accessible to go to the city centre. A few minutes walk from the metro C. Saturday and Sunday closed restaurants.

It was quite close to the public transport lines. It was clean and comfortable. We liked that the rooms were adequately cool given the peak of summers. The staff was quite supportive and helping. Though there were no fridge or kettle in our rooms. They helped us keep our stuff in their common refrigerator and also provide warm water as needed. It was a pleasant stay for us, not too far from most places. We would certainly recommend this to everyone.

There was nothing to be disliked. We really liked our stay.

Location is super, just in front of the tram station. Bed is comfortable.

Room was a bit smelly because of the carpets I guess. There were some spider nets in the wardrobe. And the room was too hot and unfortunately we couldnot open the window at night beacuse our room was in the entrance floor and it was facing the street. We felt unsecure. Fence would work.

A very good restaurant u Sisku just 200 m down on the same street. Several nice and cheap Moravian vines available. Good beer. The hotel room clean, big enough and with a good bad. Bathroom just with shower, but clean and nice. Tram stop in front of the hotel building. Metro station 300 m.

As everywhere in Czechia please don't expect coffee & tea at hotel room. You have to go to restaurant.

Modern hotel, rooms have plenty of space, friendly staff

No kettle or fridge in the room. The restaurant is closed during the weekend so basically you can’t have a cup of hot tea/coffee in your room. Please, highly recommend to put a kettle in every room or a cafeteria opened 24/7

Very accessible from train station. Very comfy rooms and friendly staff. Good range of food for breakfast. Nice to sit out in the garden in the evening even though the restaurant was closed.

Would be good to have shampoo and shower gel sachets for the number of people in the room.
