it was very clean as soon as you enter the foyer it just looked beautiful and smelt nice too. I really like the reception area. the room was great too.

I found it a surprise that you leave out packets of usual stuff that’s free in hotel such as razor kit and toothbrush kit and later I found a price list for them which was hidden at back of unit. it should be displayed clearly if these things are not free

Really good hotel , it is about 10 minutes by metro from centre of old town (the metro stops that take you to centre are Mustek or Museum metro stop ) . the metro station is EXACTLY next to hotel, as well as bus and tram stops. (really easy to use transportation) And can't NEVER forget breakfast, excellent excellent 👌 great great breakfast. from 6:30 until 11 !!! ( try the croissants !!!) Also clean of course I really recommend 👌

really liked everything , I would of liked a small breakfast box since we left 6:30 ,and my 11 year old wanted a croissant, but maybe I should of informed earlier

Staff Alberto was very helpful with my checkout at the reception and advised me on the best transport means to get to the airport at an efficient cost.

Ordered coffee takeaway at the bar reception downstairs but both cups were only half full and high price asked the staff to get me an additional cup of coffee which I wanted to order so I can fill the other two cups but instead of that the staff threw the coffees away and made new ones with same amount of coffee again but with more frottled milk just to make the cups look full... Been charged a small amount from the card I used to register upon check in but was not told what was the charge about... Was not told that additional tax will be charged on top of the cost of the breakfast until after I paid..

Breakfast was huge, with loads of options. The staff was extremely polite and great English. I couldn't fault the hotel at all and it was extremely clean. The bedroom was lovely, the food was great and the live piano playing every day was also a great touch.

The only thing I could say was there was a 4-5 minute wait for the elevator as there is 12 floors so it takes awhile for the elevator to come to your floor. Besides that the rest of the hotel was 10/10.

Helpful, friendly, and professional staffs. All very fluent in English. We got a free room upgrade and welcome wine, which was unexpected and made us happy. The room was clean and cozy. The city view was nice (We were at 10th floor). The hotel was very clean. There was a live piano music in the ground floor which made the morning breakfast even nicer. It was also played in the evening as well. The options in buffet were also nice. They offered gluten free, kids, vegetarian options. We were satisfied with the breakfast buffet and even had dinner buffet. It was also good price and fair quality. The location of the hotel is very good. The city center (Mustek, or Muzeum station) is 10min with metro without changing. Also buses and trams are easily accessible.

The bathrobe was not in the room and not available. Staff said it is all out. Maybe it is because it was so popular and full? But they anyway had nice room and service so it wasn't a problem. Also the breakfast can be really crowded after 8.30am. It would be a tip for future guests to go for breakfast early.

A person from the staff- Alberto (Wouter) was very helpful. He assisted us with many things and we also got to have a chat with him at the lobby bar after his shift ended. Otherwise the hotel itself is exceptional!!

The staff was super friendly, polite and helpful. There are many activities in the hotel - several restaurants/bars, spa... It's really close to public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, well-equipped. What I loved the most was the breakfast buffet - I've never seen so many vegan and gluten free choices at a hotel before. Allergens were clearly labeled on everything. So perfect for people with intolerances/allergies!

There weren't any carpet free rooms available, which had me worried about dust but the room was so clean that we didn't mind at all.

Most probably because of how full the hotel was on our night of stay, we got “upgraded” to a huge room with a nice view of the city, which definitely was a pleasant surprise. It was my 5th time staying at this hotel and I’d never choose a different one. Excellent staff and lovely breakfast. Thank you for providing comfort for an understandable price.

We got to have breakfast at the Amaretto restaurant which is really small and we had to wait for an empty table to sit at. I prefer having breakfast at the Teatro restaurant.

Best customer services from Staff. They went far and beyond. Best and delicious breakfast, The lady who make the pancake and fried eggs was amazing.. what a hardworking woman.Big shout to. Mr Alberto, he is the most welcoming person and made us to feel welllcome. Thank you Mr Alberto ( from the londoners) Also thank you to the Manager at Teatro Mr Masi.. for the best wardolf salad. Michelin star.

My disappointed.with the room we were given. l requested.double bed.and my husband and l were given twin bed. We paid for executive room. They gave us a room without Fridge. Standard rooms in 4 star hotels in Prague has Fridge. Really annoyed!!!

We are returning guests, we have known, what to expect. The room was big enough, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast offers many-many choices, but everyday the same. There is an underground garage for a reasonable price. Metro station and tram stations next door.

The coffee could be better at the breakfast, as well as the choice for tea. As I remember, last time, one year ago, at the breakfast we could eat very tasty Prague ham and similar hams, this time only some Tesco-like cheap salamis. We paid for parking at the reception, then it was very complicated the let open the garage gate, when we left the hotel. The put a floor chess board behind the pianist is a very bad idea. Some playing young children were throwing the plastic chess figures like dolls, with rumbling noise, and this was very disturbing and spoiled the piano concert.
