Iris Hotel Eden - Czech Leading Hotels

Overall great experience. The staff was welcoming and extra friendly. They offered us a free welcome drink. Rooms are well equipped, spacious and tidy (maybe a bit too warm). Breakfast offers great variety of quality food. Hotel location is very good. Tram station that can get you to the city center in 15 min is a minute walk from the hotel. There is also shopping centre across the street. The availbaility of free parking is another nice and important addition. Special thanks to Juri who speaks polish very well. He gave us many useful tips to get around Prague. Juri, if you ever want to visit Wroclaw give us a call ;)

The location of the property is fantastic, for a football fun is just unbeatable. We had an issue on the phone before arriving at the hotel so we came really upset (a lady gave us fake informations and was also very superficial in answering some questions) but when we arrived Yurii was able not only to make us feeling comfortable but also to fix what the lady did wrong , he is just the best in his job and deserves all the success in his brilliant future.

Some minor issues could be adjusted, shower was not functioning properly (couldn’t hold the diffuser on the wall) , table was not stable (one leg shorter than the other) and seat was broken.

I stayed in this hotel for one night for work, but if I come to Prague for a few days just to walk around, I will also stay here, because the hotel is close to the centre. The rooms are clean, quite spacious, noise insulation is good. Although, if there is a match at the stadium, you might hear the fans, but I did not hear anything - the street noise, the hotel guests from the neighbouring rooms, the staff who cleaned the neighbouring rooms in the morning (it’s a problem of many hotels). The staff at the hotel deserve the highest mark. All are very pleasant, smiling, greeting, wishing you a pleasant holiday. Especially I want to note the receptionist Nikita - very nice guy who worries about making sure the guest enjoys everything. I will definitely come here again!

The hotel is very pleasant. It is a modern building with comfortable rooms. The cleanliness of the guest rooms and the general areas was great. The rooms were cleaned very carefully on a daily basis. The towels were changed every day. Even the toiletries were replenished daily. We liked the attention to detail( complimentary bottle of wine, chocolates, espresso machine in the room). We really enjoyed the location of the hotel. There is a shopping mall adjacent to the hotel, lots of options to buy something to eat. Very good connection to the city center by bus or tram. The metro station is a bit remote. The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast. Great selection, great quality and very pleasant atmosphere. We would like to say a very warm thank you to the whole staff. The staff at the reception was very kind. Evgeni was very helpful and very attentive. He took the time to make a detailed route to our destination. Good job!

The location was perfect for us as a family - quick transit into the city center plus a parking spot right outside the door. The staff was insanely welcoming and friendly. also we loved the breakfast and the service there. Overall the service with kids amenities such as a high chair and baby bed was great and they were of really good quality.

The room was nice & the location is good. It’s close to a train stop that takes you straight to the downtown. There is a mall across the street if you need anything. There is a small parking lot that is free. The breakfast is a typical European breakfast.

Staff : first impact with Mr Yuuri and he was FANTASTIC ! A real pleasure to speak with him, he provided us all the information that we needed; because of employees like Yuuri, Václav and Ileana we will come back 👍 Slavia Stadium was really beautiful, THANK YOU AGAIN Yuuri 🙏 Room was okay, beds were fantastic ! Breakfast was fantastic too ! Parking in front of the hotel, with video surveillance, so no problem. The center of the city was a little bit far, but in 20 minutes you are there; Praga center is quite expensive, but overall okay, we will come back. We travel a lot through all of Europe, but in Praga we felt REALLY SECURE/SAFE.

I would especially like to highlight the work of the hotel staff, whose professionalism and politeness create a unique atmosphere of hospitality, starting from the first contact at the reception and continuing to the service at the bar. Fresh bedding and towels guarantee a comfortable rest, while the perfect cleanliness adds a sense of coziness. Varied and delicious breakfasts, offered in large quantities, will satisfy even the most demanding gourmets. Additionally, the availability of free parking on the hotel premises provides convenience for guests arriving by their own transport.

Not close to the city center, however, thanks to good transportation connections (tram), it will take you directly to the center of Prague without any transfers.

The reception-team was amazing! Yurij welcomed us warmly and told us all about the hotel and what we can see in prague, he was really helpfull. Nikita checked us out amazingly as well and even gave us free water for the trip back. Every service person we met was polite and courteous. The breakfast was amazing, alot of different foods and beverages, and always filled up. Free parking at the hotel, you have to drive trough a beam and tell at the reception, they will validate the ticket at check out. Since the hotel is at a football stadium, there are many tram and bus lines to get everywhere in prague.

The bathroom could use alot more storing space!!!

The pillows on the bed are bad quality. Please buy better pillows.
