Hotel Uno Prague

Very friendly staff. We stayed from 22.02.2024 to 25.02.2024 for 4 days. The reception and restaurant staff were very welcoming and always helpful. Thank you very much! Convenient hotel location, close to the metro, bus and tram stops, and shops. Very clean in the room and throughout the hotel. Free parking is also very convenient. We also came with small dogs (Chihuahuas), and we were allowed to stay with them in the hotel for free. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. Nice interior. If we plan another trip to Prague, we will definitely choose this hotel. Thank you very much!

There is no hair dryer in the room. I would also like a kettle in the room.

Well located though for some it may seem far from Center it is not. Bus stops right outside and metro and teams are max 10 min walk. The rooms were clean, spacious, with fridge. The cleaning staff were very friendly. All apart from one of the front desk team were very nice and helpful. Relaxed environment and felt welcome in it which I really appreciated. The mini market was a big plus. Free Parking available. Also upon leaving I got a bottle of wine and a 500 crown discount for next trip. A nice touch.

Wifi didn’t work at all in our room which resulted in us taking out expensive data packages. Although parking was available it was often full and seems problematic if you want to come and go or if you arrive late.

We spent 3 nights at Hotel Uno Prague with our dog. Our room was clean and tidy with a confortable bed and more than enough place for our belongings. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast is really good, versetile and fresh. We've been a bit worried that we are gonna be too far from the downtown, but the public transportation is fantastic, its only a 20-30 minutes ride. Hotel Uno has a lot of perks for example they do not charge the pet as extra or free parking and Prague pass, the hotel's store etc. We can only recommend to stay at Hotel Uno Prague. The breakfast was really good. We have a lot things to try , the best for us was the salats. The rooms was clean and comfortable!

The lift do strange sounds and for a couple times it stops then after a minute keep working but that’s scared because I was in 14 floor. The parking is free but when we do the check in we try to come in and a worker started talking loudly and says we can’t parking we should do a reservation first! But where is this information? We had the supermarket park but in the night when we back from the city is completely full. They have another option also a closed park but was also full.. and now it’s a low season!

We found some wonderful people here. The hotel employees welcomed us warmly, and throughout our stay they helped us in an exceptional way. The staff at the reception was perfect, the waitresses at breakfast wonderful. Small imperfections, otherwise normal, become invisible thanks to the staff who work here. A place we crossed on our map, one of the best services we have ever received. Congratulations to the entire staff and thank you.

We couldn't say that we didn't like something in particular, but we think that if in the future some improvements will be made in this hotel at the level of the rooms, the place can become a top hotel in Prague.

Old hotel, nothing modern, but very clean, very friendly staff, they had their own shop, very good variety of choices for breakfast, their own parking. I also adored the matressess and pillows because they were really soft and bouncy. Spotless cleaning was done every day. Also, I really apreciated all the benefits they were offering like 20% discount if buying from their shop, discounts for local attractions, a bottle of local wine, and a 20 euros discount for next staying.

Not a major problem for me, but the rooms looked old, they surley need a renovation

If you are looking for an affordable hotel, Hotel Uno is right for you. The hotel is older, but clean and charming. There is a small shop within the hotel. The breakfast is great! Free hotel parking is possible, if you register before arrival! The metro is located near the hotel and you are literally in the center in twenty minutes. We were most delighted by the friendly staff of the hotel, especially Sasha! They try very hard to be at the service of their guests and make up for this slight deficiency in the age of the hotel with their service. Bravo!

Fantastic breakfast with multiple sweet or salty options, lots of different cakes, and even pancakes. The staff was kind and helpful, we've also received a bottle of wine when we arrived which was a very nice gesture. The hotel market is well equipped and as a guest, you get 20% off. Metro line A is close which makes it easy to get in and out of the city.

I can't think of anything, it was a short stay and we're mostly out but the Uno Hotel was an amazing base for exploring Prague.

The general concept of the hotel is very nice. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Also, the breakfast is quite good.

It is a little far from the city center, but since the city's transportation network is good, this is not a problem. It was also nice that there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. One downside is that although it was good on weekdays, the hotel was quite crowded on the weekend, especially during breakfast.

Good clean room, friendly staff thanks to Vlada and Vika and a good price. Location a bit further off the center but public transport nearby or taxi for 6 to 8 euro to the center. Breakfast had a lot of variety.

Some breakfast items could have been fresher some of the days. Located a bit further from the center, but as mentioned, inexpensive transport options available nearby.
