For us the hotel was in a great location. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff friendly and helpful.

I think in Czech the idea of vegetarian is different from the UK. The buffet retaurant had vegetables and salad, but not really a vegetarian main meal. When pointed out we the kitchen did cook us some vegetarian meal. Thank you

The location is very good, 10-min walk from metro station. Stuff is really helpful. Bed is hugest I’ve ever slept on.

Breakfasts and dinners are okay but not better than in 2-3 star hotels, even a bit worse, on our first day dinner left much to be desired but next 2 days food was much better. Also, we’ve noticed dust on the table as if no one wiped it before. And bed is rather soft though it’s okay to sleep a couple days. Also what was rather strange is that desserts, coffee and tea bags, cups, everything was on the table but you could’t make tea or coffee for dinner and had to go and buy it in the bar.

I liked the breakfast, every day was different and tasty, room was clean, staff was very very kind. They left me a birthday cake and fruits after day cleaning even though I didn't mention it myself. That cheered me up.

windows can't be opened, air conditioning works only if you call the reception and they turn it on from the system. They said you should always leave the key in to keep it ON, but it went off from some time anyways. It was too hot in the room. Also the bathroom didn't have a door and was right in front of the mirror. Kinda weird. Shower needs a renovation.

the room is modern and nice, clean, perfect for peple with alergies (no carpets, no feather filling in duvets). super comfortable beds

the room was quite cold, the shower was quite cold too. I am not sure if it was some trouble during my stay or if it hapens more often

vey convenient that it was close (literally in front of the hotel) to three bus stop and about 10mins walk from the metro! We liked that it is far away from the old town where are the tourist spots are and crowded area, we didn’t mind since we were traveling with an 8 month old baby. the room and bathroom is great and we were on the top floor which comes with a nice view during night.

the hotel is about 30-45 mins away from the old town or attractions by public transit but via car or driving your own car, the drive is about 20mins.

Good location, near the metro station. Really good beds. Good breakfast. Above average amenities in the room.

The design of the bathroom and toilet - you either love it or hate it. Technical quality is nice, but the design is not my taste. Maybe i am too old, but for my taste it is little bit too modern. Good to test whether you match with you partner or not :-) Should you arrive late, then parking might be problem (although when i arrived around 18:00, then there were some spots available and also the option to park your car in parking house (which has some kind of elevator or system to park the car).

The room was perfect - clean, great view. The bed was confortable, although the double bed was clearly 2 single beds pushed together. But mainly, the staff were superb. Very friendly, very responsive, very professional.

As mentioned, the double bed was clearly two singles pushed together. The divide grew into a gap by morning! Perhaps you could have a latch to secure the beds together.

Service and cleanliness were amazing offering every day both new bathrooms supplyes like clean towels and dental or shaving kits and packages of tea and instant coffee (and a really good one too) to enjoy even for whom doesn't have breakfast at the hotel thanks to the electric boiler.

The bathroom light was probably broken because it should have turned on and off using a proximity sensor but it sometimes turned on on it's own or wouldn't turn back off even after minutes let empty. We had to take out the key to completely turn off all lights to sleep, luckily the power outlet worked even without it.

this is a one of my favourite hotels. all was great: modern and comfortable room, tasty and various breakfasts, the waitress Taya from Ukraine is very friendly and kind, but...

I didn't sleep any of the 4 nights spent in the hotel. The room on the 8th floor is located above the road, and it was very noisy. it feels like you're lying on the road. very bad noise insulation. a year ago we were luckier. the room was above the cemetery, and it was quiet)
