Wellness Hotel Extol Inn - Czech Leading Hotels

Our stay was awesome! I came for my birthday and they even had a birthday detail with me! The blonde girl from reception that helped us (I don’t remember her name) was so sweet and very attentive to us. Also all the workers from the hotel were very nice. They care about every little detail to make your stay perfect. The room was big and with all facilities that you need; mini bar, TV, hairdryer, kettle… Also the buffet breakfast has all types of food and was very nice! The tram is only a 5min walk away and it takes around 20min to the Old Town. It’s a nice hotel and in a very quiet area. If I’m coming to Prague again I will stay here again!

Would highly recommend this hotel , very clean and good food, city centre is only 10 mins away by tram, with the stop 1 min from hotel entrance, staff are very friendly especially libuse and jana who gave great advice on sight seeing

We were delighted with our stay. the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel room was unexpectedly large and bright thanks to two large windows. The breakfasts are excellent, a large selection. We received 2 bottles of wine as a gift. 2 tram stops from the metro. 2 large and 2 small grocery stores nearby. next time we will come here again.

The staff was great in helping us get into a room that was perfect for working abroad. They made accommodations to make sure we were able to work while on our 3 week stay with them. It is very close to public transportation and has a delicious restaurant in the lobby. Overall the stay was great and the staff really made this stay fantastic.

The fitness center is boiling hot and the equipment is quite dated. would love to have it air conditioned and more running equipment. We had to compromise to make this gym work for us. As avid runners and only one treadmill it definitely limited our options when we overslept and couldn't run outside.

Hotel was pretty nice especially the stuff. We had to leave early they even gave us water, candies for the road for us to be more comfortable. Because we had a baby we couldnt use SPA but just for that they gave us a voucher for next visit and a bottle of Prosecco.

I like it all. Everything was pretty good.

It is really a great place to spend time at. The people who work there are great and helpful, including Jana and Libuše. However the person who has welcomed us and whom we asked the greatest amount of our questions has been the ever helpful Lenka. The people who work in the kitchen are also super friendly. Moreover, the food there is great and each day there is wide choice of it. Each day the food is fresh. The rooms are clean, the room service is also a great plus. The rooms are also big, same for the bathroom. Not to mention the hotel location and the fact that they have their own parking places, so you can feel safe about that. Really a great place. If I have the opportunity to come back there, I will be happy to do so. PS 100% dog friendly :)

Good evening, This week we with my husband was staying at " Colour Factory" hotel, and you know... IT WAS AMAZING! The personal: Everyone is very nice, always smiling( Even with the eyes! ) , Very friendly, helpful, kind. This is the first hotel where we see such employees. I would like to single out the employees with whom I had to communicate - Karina (works in the sauna area), administrator (Ondra)I'm sorry if I spelled the name wrong:)) and the bartender (I don't remember the name). They were the best! I would like to believe that management is protective, caring and loving Your employees. We will definitely be back! Thank you, you are the best! ❤️

This was the best hotel I’ve been to so far. Rooms are exempt clean. The staff are the nicest, and I think most important care about clients. One I have in mind mostly, I don’t remember the name exactly but something like Onrad. We was asking about morning snacks to our train cuz we were leaving early, unfortunately the stores was already close led but he offered to went after his shift ends to shop and buy snacks for us. This was so thoughtful, I hope someone who’s reading this from the managers will give him a raise haha. Other people were super nice too. Now we had breakfast, it wasn’t like the best in the world, but there was a lot of variety and it was good. The wellness section is really clean and nice. Sauna is hot, jacuzzi is warm and I personally don’t need anything else. We had the best tome there and I really want to recommend this hotel.

Everything was great.

The hotel room had the perfect size for my daughter, friend, and me. It appeared to almost as an appartment size wise. We enjoyed the location as it is only 2 mins to the train station and one day we even walked downtown. It is the only place with free parking which is amazing for Prague!! The staff was really helpful and friendly, and we were able to use the wellness area (gym, whirlpool, and sauna). Everything was clean and thought through. The Hotel Restaurant was the cherry on top! Our waiter, Martin, went above and beyond l. We ate twice in the restaurant for dinner as the food tasted amazing, including the free alcoholic and non-alcoholic complementary drink. Breakfast was also served in this restaurant and offered delicious food for everyones taste. The neighborhood offered restaurants, bars, groceries, bakeries, and a variety of stores. 4 mins walking distance, it had a market like area and seasonal fest going on. We will definitely come back!
