Absolutum Wellness Hotel

Great private parking next to the hotel and a nice breakfast.

Overall was nice but on the first night, we got a totally different room than what was ordered. The first desk man said that it's the standard that we booked but after small research, we discovered that it was not true. Because of those inconveniences we got a bottle of vine and sauna voucher, even though was super warm outside the sauna was great. AC could be fixed because all night when is on is makes a weird sound that does not allow you to sleep if you have a soft one. They said that if you want a room with a bed even though you booked one you need to include it in the pre message.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They spoke several languages to accommodate guests. The food was delicious. The basic rooms are roomy, clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable with a stocked mini fridge and some treats on the house. The spa is top notch, professional, and completely convenient and relaxing. The entire hotel is very clean. The location was outside the city’s center but only steps away from all forms of transportation. The price was so reasonable that it made sense to include the breakfast and I was able to have several spa treatments during my week stay.

Although there are some good restaurants in the area, the many beautiful city sites require a short ride into town. The hotel does not have room service because the restaurant is a bit separate but accessible through the lobby. There isn’t a laundry facility near by but neither of these things would stop me from staying again. I wish they were a chain. I’d stay at Absolutum everywhere.

location is nice, right near metro station. staff is friendly and restaurant in hotel is fine too.

I choose this hotel because of air conditioned rooms, and air conditioning was not working almost all of the time. each day we were told that “tomorrow it will be definitely fixed” and it took 5 days to fix it. it was too hot to sleep with open window as well.

The reception was really kind and helpful. Also I really liked the food and attention at the restaurant. Food felt fresh and healthy. Also the relation between quality and price was good.

Maybe I think the price could be cheaper if the room was only for one guest. As it is the same price for one or two guests.

Our stay in hotel Absolutum was amazing. The hotel staff was amicable and helpful. We also used the wellness services, and even though there was a slight problem with our scheduled procedure, the team resolved it promptly and offered us an alternative solution. The food was excellent. I have nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect.

Quiet location but convenient for public transport into the city. Comfortable beds and we were able to keep the window open at night without being bothered by noise, even at the weekend.

Only one vegan option in the restaurant and it was unavailable when we ate there. Few hot vegan or vegetarian options for breakfast.

Great location. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Recommended. Would stay again any time .

Staff although very helpful could have a better understanding of the english language. Wifi also needs some improvement.

Breakfast is very tasty, staff is so kind and helpful, our room was very cozy and comfortable.

Not so big deal, but everything is extra charge. Water in the room, parking place, some nuts in the room… It’s not a complain, but will be better if something is free. 😊

The room was big, clean & comfortable, the bathroom too. The hotel staff were friendly & they were so kind let us have a late check-out without any additional charge. The restaurant at the hotel was good.

The breakast buffet is not big and didn`t had a lot of choices but it was fine.

- weak WiFi signal - there were so many big spiders outside our window that kept crawling in... no big deal for a regular person, but for an arachnophobic not so much. We spent our night killing them off the ceiling. - very noisy club down the the street
