It is important to note right away that this is a very solid hotel worthy of four stars. The staff is very polite and professional. The breakfast is rich and very well organized. Despite the crowd, it never ran out of anything. Location is far from the center of Prague but by tram you can be there in 15 minutes. I would be very happy to give the hotel a ten. BUT...

The room is definitely not dirty, but it is far from perfect cleanliness. The previous guest's pubic hair remained lying on the bathroom floor all three days of our stay. The headboard has not been dusted for months. The bed is quite hard and too narrow for that category. But these are all minor flaws. My biggest complaint is the garage, which is advertised as a big advantage of the hotel. I reserved a place in the garage in advance and this was confirmed to me in writing. When I arrived the garage was full and I got free parking on the street. It is not the same. This seems to happen regularly so don't count on a garage spot even if they promise you one.

The restaurant's menu and atmosfere were very very good, tried the Sabatelli menu, also the breakfast was excellent. Waiters Yuriy and Irina were very professional and friendly, many thanks for the service and recommendations

The room we got was on the street's corner and was very noisy. The bed is not at all comfortable. We tried changing the room, after the first night, to a more quiet one, but although Diana and Alina from the reception were nice to help, we were offered another room only the last night before our departure

Very comfortable and nice room with coffee machine, water. we’ve got a bottle of wine in room and welcome drink in the bar. the location is on side from the Old Town but it is worth to stay there and get away from the crazy prices at the Old Town. very good connection with tram nr 6 which has a stop just in front of the hotel. breakfast vas sooooo gooooood! honestly this breakfast is one of the best I had in the hotels - from fresh bread, cakes, cereal, pancakes, sausage, different kind of eggs, etc, etc. coffee juices … just WOW. good job!

Everything was great!

The receptionists are very patient and very nice, especially the beautiful Diana, who provided us with great help. Free parking is available, and there are buses to the city center and the castle at the door. It is very suitable for tourists who travel by car.

Really helpful and nice staff, clean rooms. Nice view from 7th floor terace, good place to grab a coffee or a drink and watch the sunset. In a room there is a mini bar, however you have to pay for what you consume. Location is really good ~ 18 min tram ride away from the old town. There are inexpensive places to eat nearby. Also for some reason our room were upgraded from standard to executive free of charge and hotel gifted us with a bottle of chapange and a box of chocolates in our room. When checking out we were gifted with a little souveneir. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations.

Air conditioning turned itself off all the time.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Jan, Alina and Vika were very welcoming and help us with all the information we need it. We didn't sample the breakfast, but we could see there was a great selection of foods. We did enjoy the restaurant in the evenings. Very good italian food and great service. It's not located in the center of the city, but this was exactly what we wanted. The public transport is near, 5 minutes from the hotel, and the trams 6 and 12 has stations very close to the touristic objectives (5-10 minutes walk), like Praha Orloj or Charles Bridge. There is a free parking at the hotel, which was perfect.

We liked everything

The on-site Bistrot was lovely and the staff very friendly with very good English. We had a lovely dinner there. The air-con worked well, which was essential in the 35-36C temperatures we had. Very close to the tram line so a very easy ride to and from the station and to everywhere else we wanted to go on the comprehensive and cheap transport system. we used a 24 hour CZK120 ticket x 2 to cover all our travel needs during our visit, including the funicular. Vika cleaned our room beautifully every day and Lenka gave us a lovely friendly send off with some water to keep us going in the heat.

Location of the hotel is great, tram station is in front of the hotel, and metro station is on the next tram stop. You can be in city center in 15 minutes. Interior is nice, restaurant Puglia (the hotel restaurant) is great and the people working there are very kind. All of the staff were kind, We would like to appraise receptionist Lenka and others. Our maid Vika also did a great job. Breakfast buffet was very rich and tasty. There is also a nice little terrace on the rooftop (we discovered it on our last night). All in all, great hotel and great staff.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, Lenka and Jan were really professional and accommodating, and special thanks to Alina for being so patient with all my questions 😊 The rooms were large and very clean. Loved the fact that I had a bathtub to relax in with some of that complimentary red whine after a long day of sight seeing in the city. There are plenty of quality eateries, convenience stores as well as a supermarket within walking distance of the hotel. Most of the tourist attractions are no further than 20 minutes of tram ride, and there are a few very convenient tram lines passing very close to the hotel.

Although the breakfast buffet has a good number of choices for its price, it felt like some of it could've been fresher.
