Everything was good. And the guy at the reception was nice as he prepared some early breakfast as i had a morning flight

Found a guy in my room and was making away with my ipad and when i confronted him he said he had the wrong key card and was just making sure it was safe. i think it’s better to crosscheck the keycards as to not give someone else’s keycard to another. i was lucky i caught him else i would have been quite frustrated about the situation.

Breakfast buffet was nice, liked very much the possibility to have complimentary ice cold water 24/7 to fill up our water bottles. Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly mostly.

The lady working during breakfast was rude and rolled eyes at the guests and seemed judgmental. Seats when coming to breakfast were a challenge Fri-Sun, other days no problem with that.

The location was great for access to central Paris and an event we were going to in La Defense. The area around the hotel was also nice, with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast arrangements were great, with a lovely little courtyard to eat in. Rooms were comfortable - the triple was perfect for three large ‘kids’

Christian our host was amazing. He let us check in early due to the room being ready and check out late, all with a smile on his face. The room didn’t have an iron or hairdryer but that was given when asked. They even offered to iron my shirt as they saw me struggling.

The room is slightly small and the shower is around a 50cm cube and the bathroom is very small. Still usable

Decent location, very close to the RER (20 minutes to Central Paris). Customer Service was great - Chris the overnight front desk/Auditor was very helpful!!!! Great Breakfast included - Love the fresh Orange Juice and coffee. Maybe add non dairy butter and cheese? (Speaking for all vegans)!! Beds were very comfortable.

My only criticism is the lack of shelving space in the smaller rooms. But who cares when everything else is great!!

Stayed her before as my daughter lives round the corner, always friendly, good breakfast and good value. Staff were very helpful in finding and returning a ring I left in my room.

Showers are a bit small if you are tall, but it’s an old style building so space is limited.

Fantastic continental breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice!!, The location was great - easy to get to the station & into Paris city centre, quaint restaurants and cafe's around the corner & a great supermarket close by.

One matress in the room should be replaced, it was a little worn through

The area was safe, about a 10 minute walk from public transport to Paris, wifi worked well, and the staff was very responsive. Central Paris was about a 30 minute train ride away - great location without the traffic of the city.

the rooms are not so noise proof sometimes at night we could hear when guests were coming in or going out and when the showers came on. we could have gotten towels earlier, we spent 4nights 5days and only got a change of towels on the 5th day.

I did like the location that it's very near from metro e bus station. Asnieres dur seine it's a strategic point to go to Paris . I did like the staff very friendly.

The room is very small and the bathroom too. There isn't window in the bathroom.
