Kyriad Le Bourget Centre- Parc Des Expositions

Contrary to some of the reviews I had read before, the room, including the bed was very clean. The bathroom was not as small as some have complained about. The staff was super friendly, which I expected based on the other reviews. Also the rooms were cleaned daily (free of charge) which I didn't expect based on the information on Booking.com which specifies that it is done with extra fees. Moreover, even though we brought our own sheets (since it was mentioned they are provided at additional charge), they were provided and included in the price. Although the room was not super-big, it was not much smaller that other 3-bed rooms in other hotels either.

The parking was out of order, which caused a bit of a hassle at the beginning, but as soon as we were able to find a parking spot on the street (free) it did not bother us so much. Also, although we never felt concerned for my personal safety in the neighborhood, at times, I was afraid of pick pockets, and bag snatchers at times. But I guess that can be said about every suburban neighborhood around Paris, and sometimes even about the city center. Even though the room facilities were completely acceptable for the most part, I think a refrigerator would have helped a lot if it was included in the room.

Rooms were comfortable. Air conditioning great and necessary in the warm weather. Staff friendly and accommodating. Very pleased with car park plenty of space and only 8 euros for the day. 15min walk to the nearest RER station and we were at the Effiel Tower in about an hour. Breakfast a little pricey for what was on offer. Overall happy with stay, close to Paris but not too much traffic to get through to drive there.

Price of breakfast Small rooms, adequate for what we needed but wouldn't want to stay very long in them.

I had a great stay there Aziz made the stay even better with suggestions on where to go next and what are the places to eat. The breakfast was great as well

They do not have an ice machine in the hotel except in the kitchen. Some well 1 in particular a woman the I asked for a bucket of ice and it was dirty I was afraid to use the ice I through it out the next day I bought my own reusable bottle for ice and just had them fill that. The hotel has a Motel feel to it.

The rooms were clean, the mattresses were new, easy check-in and totally relaxed staff. The breakfast was surprisingly good- all standard dishes and directly pressed orange juice were offered, the staff continuously filled the stock. A pleasant stay!

The room was rather small and the street noise was quite audible, but it was known at the time of booking, so no bad surprises.

Great value for money, comfy room with private bathroom, cleaned everyday and you get fresh towels, staff was nice and had no problem communicating in English, metro station is 10 minutes away on foot and you can reach the town centre within 30-40 minutes via public transport, all in all great stay and would definitely recommend

staff was very nice there was also a play area and there were nice sofa settings at the entrance to sit machine for filtered water

rooms are a bit small than standard ones breakfast was too expensive for the amount of food offered (13 € per person when for that price you can have breakfast for 2 at that price in shops close by )

The lacation was ok.It was an easy commute to the City centre from the hotel.The staff were very helpfull namely Jenny, Aziz, Rene and Marc.

The mattress covers were not changed after the previous check out as there were some hairs on it.It was simply covered with a clean bedsheet.Besides, the front desk needs to have a few extra phone adaptors as the first two provided to me was not working.A few more tea bags and sugar sticks in the room will be much appreciated.

Nice staff

Although during the stay que room was cleaned everyday and the staff very nice, the day we arrived they gave us the key without the room being prepared so when we walked in it was not the best first impression. After that all went very well. 4*

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall great service and stay.

Food machine was out of order and of the night staff were not friendly or understanding when I asked where else I could order some food from.

The place was clean, nice staff, more than you could expect for this price

It’s a bit far from the centre of Paris, with public transport you travel around 40 minutes
