The staff was very nice, especially Adina, who tried to help us in everything. Public transport (bus and metro stop) is very close. The rooms are spacious with large comfortable beds. Our room was quiet, we could not hear the noise of the city.

The breakfast was very poor. We were here for 5 days and had to choose from the same 4-5 types of food. If we went to breakfast a little later, it is not certain that everything was available. If something ran out, it was very difficult to refill or replace it. There was cleaning every day, but the towels were only changed on the last day, and even then they were not left for the whole family.

It was a good room no comment . I have one concern because you ask to give you my feedback about the hotel Today morning before I made my check out I was looking from the window and I sow dump in the hotel walls surface outside and I was asking my self why people on charge didn’t think to paint the hotel from outside ?..

The hotel is under new management, and everything is getting renovated and improved. We've stayed there several times because of its location only a few steps from the metro.

The breakfast menu is still getting new items, and for example the fruit salad was too acidic/tart.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel, well located, close to the metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a quite and spacious room with 2 large beds, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable.

One of the two elevators was not in service for 2-3 days.

very clean and near by Metro station. Rooms were comfortable and enough space in the room. Le Monsieur (tall, white, in middle 50s with beautiful smile) made us feel at home. He was very welcoming, always ready to give recommendations and very helpful🙏🏿 He made our stay very memorable. Other staff at the reception were excellent too.

Everything was lovely. Ishmael & all the staff were beyond accomodating given my sudden precarious situation. Long story short they are kind people and will always be welcome when or if they come to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Easy access to metro within a few minutes. Issues with electricity were quickly fixed by staff. Mr Haq at the frint desk was very nice with helping out electricity problems.

No water kettle. We stayed in a room with one double bed and a single bed. But the single bed is actually a sofabed. Too much hassle to transfirm it into a sofa for normal sitting.

Very close to the Metro Eglise Pantin - adjacent to the Metro-exit. Two metro-stops to Bus-station: Bobigny. From Bobigny bus-station, bus 93 goes to Paris airport CDG in 30 minutes. Lockers available to put the luggages (after checkout) and collect it later. Staff was helpful in getting the printouts.

Staff didn't inform me that lockers accepts only coins to store the luggages. I had to run around to get coins.

The room was not that spaces, but it was fine for our family of 4 with two grown up sons. The bed was very comfortable, even the sofa bed was big enough. The metro station is just outside the hotel.
